Tree was planted perfectly, then 2 days later we got a freeze for 2 days straight and it killed the tree.

I ordered my moor house apricot tree March 21 was told it was shipped by FedEx FedEx said they have a tracking number but no package. I have called multiple times o one seemed to have an answer till this last time I was told it was out of stock no more run around I want my tree
I ordered 40 trees that were 2-3 feet tall, and was charged accordingly, but when they arrived and I unpacked them all, I noticed that they seemed a little small. After measuring them, they were all under 2 feet tall, and shortly after that I noticed that they were all labeled with 1-2-foot tags instead.
At first I was told that to replace the trees with the ones I'd actually ordered, I'd need to pay a 25% re-stocking fee -- even though the mistake was made on their end. Eventually I was told that they'd waive the re-stocking fee, but that I'd still need to arrange shipping to return the originals, and that they wouldn't send replacements until they'd received the originals -- and that they couldn't guarantee that the originals would still be in stock.
Eventually I was refunded the cost difference between the trees I ordered and the ones that I received, but it was still a frustrating experience. The one positive is that the trees did ship quickly and arrived healthy.

Quick helpful/received product promptly... followed instructions - am basically waiting to see results - these are fruit trees and will take some time to root and thrive - did our best to plant properly - lot of wind in the area... used a gauge to check soil conditions. So time will tell

Great selection - I was able to search not only on zone, but plant features. I selected a number of fantastic flowering bushes for an ugly fence cover and a beautiful flowering rose bush for a deck trim. Everything was delivered in perfect condition - healthy and ready to plant. BE READY FOR THEM TO BE DELIVERED - they will arrive faster than you think. If you still have work to do before the plants arrive, get it done first - my plants arrived in two days and I wasn't totally ready... I thought it would take longer to ship!

The woman I talked to was great. I AM WONDERING IF YOU CAN HOLD OFF SENDING THE TREES UNTIL THE END OF APRIL. I HAVE HAD TO PUT MY MOM IN A NURSING HOME, AND HAVE A LOT ON MY PLATE.
The first tree arrived broken and after a short call and chat I was told I would receive a replacement tree. It arrived in record time and is absolutely perfect. I have already spread the word to friends and family what a very conscientious customer service department they have.
The four shrubs arrived quickly and in good health. I planted them and they seem to be doing fine so far after about two weeks. They are coming out in leaf.
Ordered a tree and 4 rose bushes. Website steered me to cheaper rose bushes, which was refreshing. It all arrived quickly by FedEx in boxes. I couldn't plant the tree right away so it sat in the driveway in it's box for a week just fine, and with the box I was able to put it in my car on its side for no mess transport. It is now thriving. This site does not tell the truth. Their trees that are considered the "Fastest growing trees" are only for states north of Tennessee. Yet they have pages that say they are the best trees for Austin, Texas. When you go to other sites that are blogs and chat rooms you realize you have been had. I reached out to them and asked for a refund and they told me I had to ship them back which was super expensive. My trees have been in the ground for several weeks and have not grown an inch. Wildflower.org states they will not last two years in the Texas climate. You have been warned.
Kudos FGT. For packing the trees like you do it for a living. The delivery guy didn't give a damn about all the signage on the box. The bag with the twist tie did the trick. Wow what root balls. Moisten them for ease of pulling apart. Three weeks in, regular watering all doing well. Can't wait to see how much growing they do.
Purchased 2 Topiary Gardenias. The leaves dry out every day & some leaves are yellow. I feel the dirt every other day to see if it's too dry, or not. Considering the cost, I would hate to have them die when I've only received them 2 weeks ago!

Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
