Ordered 5 rose of Sharon. I was notified when it shipped and when it would arrive. Trees showed up as promised and in perfect condition. Planted them and 4 out of 5 are leaving, and one is dead. I let them know and sent pics and they determined the dead one was truly dead and will be sending me a replacement tree asap. Don't hesitate to pay the extra money on the one year guarantee as your trees could die at anytime at know fault to you or fast growing trees. I gave them 5 stars all the way around as everything thru the buying, receiving and guarantee process has been 100%
I would definitely use Fast Growing Trees again. My order shipped quickly, and the tree was packaged well and arrived safely. The tree is beautiful and is doing very well. A very healthy tree!

I am tired of dying fruit trees, especially when I do everything possible to make them a nice grown fruit tree. Last year I ordered 4 trees from Stark Brothers, three out of four died. So, I decided to buy the most expensive trees (FastGrowingTrees.com) for a change to see if that makes a difference. Absolutely NOT! I am going back to Stark Brothers and order double as many trees as I intend to grow, and still save money!

I have purchased multiple trees and rasberry plants from here. Surprisingly my trees from Lowes are doing better than the trees from Fast Growers. I bought 2 cherry, 1 plumb and 1 apple tree and the only one that is doing awesome is the plumb, the others are very slow.
All my rasberry plants are doing awesome.

Initially something was screwy with the site so had to wait til later and go back in. I wanted trees a bit taller but the oversize handling charge or whatever you call it would have negated much of the savings I was getting in free shipping and the discount code from the sales flyer so I bought smaller trees. Which I assume is why the handling fee is tacked on. Customer feels like their getting a deal when they really aren't.
We apologize for the inconvenience! We add the oversized fee once the larger tree is selected. This is a fee that is charged to us by the carrier on all trees over 5ft. Tall.
We ordered a 4-5 foot lemon tree. When it arrived it was a 4 foot stick with leaves. It had no branches and looked nothing like the tree on the website. We were not expecting a fully branched out tree but this did not look like a tree at all. Sadly, we sent it back which cost us a lot of money but we did not want the tree.
The tree looks healthy but I was amazed how small the caliper of the tree was. I could have bought 3-times the caliper size and twice the height for less money locally. I guess most of the cost is in the FedEx shopping of a tree.
Hope I live long enough to see it actually grow into a real tree from the twig I planted.
They sold me 3 gal plants and sent 2 gal plants. To get a refund took quite a struggle.

Great customer service, friendly people. The fruit trees arrived fine (we bought 4) but some of the root systems were much much smaller than I expected - they seem to be getting new growth and doing ok. We bought a bunch of fruit bushes and some strawberry plants. They were in rough shape a lot of the time they arrived - could have been a FedEx issue bc I'm pretty sure they drop kick it to our front steps. But the soil was mostly spilled out in several plants so their roots were mangled. Other plants arrived and were beautiful. It's hard to tell. I will order from them again in the future but I will be more selective in what I buy bc of how they arrived. But wonderful customer service folks who were very invested in making it right.

Hi, the peony plants that I ordered are covered in little rust colored spots and the buds are dying. I emailed Customer service and followed up to their request for photos of shipping box, plants, etc. 5 days and I haven't heard anything. I understand that FGT might be really busy, but a quick email would be helpful to keep me informed of the situation. They were a gift and now I am stuck with them. Thanks, Heather
Their site was easy to navigate and very well laid out to be able to find and order what I was looking for. The trees that they offer are a little more expensive than some but the three trees I ordered were delivered quickly, well packaged and were in excellent shape when delivered.
Answer: Cancel your order now before it's too late, go to a local nursery and save yourself some money and unwarranted aggravation, these folks are not honorable.
Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
