I contacted organization twice regarding my order- the size of trees and the over priced charge I paid! No answer to my questions!

We were so excited when we received our tree only to find out that the top of the tree was chopped off for shipping. We had hoped it would still thrive but instead it has rotted from the top going down. It wont make it through the winter.

Prices should be more reasonable and less than local prices due to their size. I am able to obtain same or better prices locally. Offerings and variety are plentiful and the descriptions are comprehensive and excellent. Please work on your pricing, particularly 4,6 and 8 packs for consumers, that's your sweet spot for profits and they can be loyal if treated properly. Regards, jd.

I've had really great previous experiences with Fast Growing Trees. The plants arrive well packed and healthy. They continue to thrive grow as described.

I ordered four green emeralds and they came in good shape and very healthy. When I called to ask how much space I should leave between them, the customer service representative was helpful and knowledgeable.

We ordered mimosa trees and thought we had lost them but they have flourished this growing season. The team is always ready with advise with quick response times

Last experience involved my card being charged twice, getting my bank involved, being told order would ship, quality hold, order canceled, no stock avsilable etc. Got another email and low and behold the tree was there. Called FGT and was told someone would call me when stock was available, that didn't happen. So just now I checked my most recent email just to see... there it was, I received no call... I ordered it anyway with this being my last if service level continues or there is a problem with my order again. 20% discount applied seemed a bit low for previous issues but fortunate I guess to receive it.

Just a few days after ordering I got text message that my trees were on the delivery truck They arrived that afternoon and were fresh looking. They were in the ground quickly and are doing well these several weeks later.

I've ordered many plants & they are all doing great. Don't know how much more I'll order because my yard is getting full. They would make good Christmas presents though... hmmm!

My little tree came Sunday and I planted it. It looks to be in great shape. It was packed very well and now time will tell and apparently I'm a poet and didn't know it.

Everything that I purchased from them has done well. I live in an area with clay soil but things seem to strive. Grateful for the good selection and healthy plants.

I ordered Dapple Willows that would have been beautiful. But I didn't realize there were so many deer in my area & all the plants were eaten within a few weeks. It was sad.

My fig tree came so healthy and is just so happy where I planted it. Chicago fig, planted in august in Pittsburgh. 2 months later it still looks great.

They had a detailed description of the plants to help me make a decision. Once I purchased, they arrive timely and good condition. What else could you ask?

Easy to maneuver website and make orders. Shipping was quick. One plant came with a broken branch that I tied to a stake hoping it would heal. It has not the other two have slowly been losing leaves. 1 time replacement warranty is a pain to complete.

I ordered two trees. They arrived in poor condition and I tried to nurse them back. They didn't make it. I texted them for a refund but never heard back. They were very expensive trees. I will NEVER order from this company again!

I ordered six Color Guard Yuccas last summer and every one of them were nice and healthy.
I have ordered first Windmill Palm trees this summer and everyone has died. I am very disappointed in the Palm trees and bought four more someone else. So far they are doing well.
