I ordered knockout roses and ornamental grasses. They came beautifully packaged, live, healthy and intact. Will order from again.
Received my package but the shippers stood it on end and the water drained out of one plant and the branches were broken on one side of the tree. Called the customer service and they were extremely helpful. Offered to replace it but I think I'm going to train it against a trellis. Nothing but good review one my treatment by the company
The plants were great, except for 1 out of the 11 I bought. That 1 was so small, it broke when I pulled it out of the pot. I planted the root anyway, hoping it will come back. Even if it does it will so much smaller that the other. Most of the plants already had blooms on them.
Just a "few" upgrades this spring. Everything looks great so far and delivery service was super fast and courteous.
These plants were wrecked when they were delivered. The blackberries are in terrible shape and I can't seem to revive it. Half of it arrived brown and dead and nothing new is growing. The strawberries in one pot were ok, but the other was cracked completely and I had to report it so it doesn't even hang anymore.
Trees were poor. Leaves were shredded and broken. Poorly packaged and now they are looking worse as leaves die back.

I was not expecting such a nice small tree, about 3' high. Being shipped we expected the tree to show stress form shipping. When it arrived it looked like it had just been put in the box. Would definitely buy from again.
My papaya tree came frozen and it's larger leaves all fell off. Presently it's a stick that appears to be trying to rebound. Not sure if it will make it. I will see in a week or so if it shoots out some leaves.

Planted the cherry tree per instructions 2 weeks before Mothers Day. Tree has lost 1/2 of its leaves and looks pitiful... not what I expected... sent pics to FastGrowingTrees and they suggested scrapping the bark about 1 inch from ground to check color. Looked greenish to me, so time will tell if the tree survives..

I have received several orders with mix ups: 5 Cumberland black raspberry plants that are not black raspberries at all (two of the plants even had a label saying,) and 3 Kiowa blackberry plants that I never ordered. Earlier this Spring I had an order of olive trees that never arrived, but i contacted the Fast Growing Trees, the plants were re-shipped and arrived well.
Finally, I ordered another 4 plants of black raspberries, after it was clear that my previous order was not the right plant, and these arrived in fairly poor condition, including 1 that was rotten and ended up dying. I have had other really good quality shipments from this seller and that was why I used them.

Product was bare root. Substrate did not have a well established plant. With warm temps coming hopefully it will survive.
The price for the trees ordered was higher than local prices but the trees are very small. We ordered online because we wanted to get started planting and the local nurseries were still waiting for their stock to arrive. Time will tell if they are hardy or not.

I ordered a meyer lemon tree on February 8,2022. The last order status update I received stated the tree would ship the week of April 11. It is now May 9 and the order status information still has not changed on my Order Confirmation - - It still indicates the order would be shipped the week of April 11. No one has reached out to me to let me know the updated status of my order or why it has not arrived.

I purchased some gardenias that were shipped in winter. I think they would be doing better if they were shipped later to me. Not sure they are going to make it.
Will never purchase anything from them again. I wish i could give zero stars. Horrible customer service and rude.

The shipping said 2 day but while watching the shipping tracking it showed going way out of the way to get to me ( North Carolina down to Louisiana, then to Texas, and finally to Oklahoma). On arrival one plant looked great but my second plant (wisteria) is fighting to survive. I'm not sure if this has to do it's multiple stops before arriving or if it was fighting to survive before packing. The overall experience wasn't bad.
Answer: Cancel your order now before it's too late, go to a local nursery and save yourself some money and unwarranted aggravation, these folks are not honorable.
Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
