I bought 10 trees that arrived around Easter. Unfortunately 5 of them died rather quickly; however they sent me 5 news trees quickly to replace them. So far I'm very happy with the service.

The plant has no foliage and just two sticks, I complained and was told to plant and water and it should grow leaved by May 30th. I've done this for weeks and no sign of life!

I Bought a 6ft Prairie fire crab apple and it was like 100$ and found the same exact tree at lowes but was a 10ft for 95$

Tree came in good shape, planted and doing good so far.

Easy to open shipping container, no damage to the tree, soil was damp, and the tree was trimmed up and ready to plant.

My first order and shipment was perfect the items have been planted and are flourishing. My second shipment was two 4 ft long Harry Potter wands, no roots no foliage nothing whatsoever. Just really long sticks, contacted customer service needless to say that conversation did not end well as there seemed to be little interest in what I had to say therefore I canceled my third and final order with them since they will not stand behind their product I will not stand behind them and do business with them. It's bad business. The only reason that this is not a one-star review is because my first order was perfect everything else just went downhill from there I will not be using this company again as I should have just shopped locally to me to begin with my lesson has been learned.

The trees arrived healthy and undamaged. Impressed with the shipping.

I received my mixed citrus trees and hanging strawberries and they were both completely crushed. I did reach out and was told to transplant and check back in two weeks, by now both plants are dead and I have had no response from this company via email or the website chat.

We ordered two American Red Maple trees. The came we'll packaged in a large box. Both trees were a little dropped but perked right up once they were in the ground.

Tree arrived wilted and three weeks later Tree now appears to be dead

Delightful! I have always wanted a 'Money Tree' it makes me Mine arrived wrapped well and perked right up after a sip of water and loves it's new home! Just a beautiful happy plant.

My Coral Knockout completely died with in a day arrived after planting it and we did EVERYTHING to save it!

Arrived quickly and in good shape. About 2-3 foot tall. The specimens were beautiful. We put them in immediately and if they had been the same great sale price, would have gotten 10 - 20 more for our driveway

First time to order and I was bit anxious, sending trees via mail, I could only imagine what shape these would be when I received them. I was surprised, they were packed well, shipped quickly with tracking and the trees were in excellent shape and much larger than expected. Ordered a Cleveland pear... Delivered with black leaves and limp branches... planted, watered. Dead.

Plants are not growing or growing very slowly. One Blueberry bush has sprouted only a few leaves and the second plant has not shown any sign of growth. The fig tree has only shown signs of growth at the ground level.

Despite following directions exactly - all trees died. They indicated it wasn't too late before winter to plant. It wasnt.

Customer service was responsive to my questions and the website is easy to use. Both of the trees received in the Rainier Cherry pollinator pack look just this side of dead. They were opened the morning after they were received and planted right away following the directions. It's been several weeks and we are waiting for them to come to life, so to speak.

I received my plants in great shape. Some of the Blue Ginger leaves looked a bit brown but these few dropped in a few days. Newer leaves are coming out at a good clip. The Monstera came lush and healthy. Both plants are doing well in my NYC apartment.

Quick response. Very healthy plants. Would certainly recommend using. Also packaged very well.
