Everything arrived in great condition. Planted the day after they arrived and they are thriving. Can't wait to see them bloom next year.
I ordered 10 Thuja Green Giants and received them quickly and in excellent condition. The area where we were planting them wasn't prepared yet so it was about a week before we planted them and they were still looking good. This is the second time I have ordered from Fast Growing Trees, the first purchase was 2 Crape Myrtles and they are thriving. Highly recommend.
I received a badly damaged plant. Customer service promptly sent a replacement.
I placed my order 22 days ago, and no delivery and no communication from seller! I finally called them a few days ago and was told that my tree was on back order. I was told I would receive it within a month. I asked the service representative to please send me an email confirming this. To date, still no communication!

The trees come out of the box as if you just brought it home from the nursery. Once planted they continue to do great.

A key factor in a successful experience was the highly quality photographs of the various trees and shrubs. Additionally, there were several sizes to choose from. This enable just to choose the perfect tree.

Some plants were nice and alive. One particular one, tiny dsncing alosia (very expensive) came with dry up yellow curled leaves and seems it has mold or bugs in it.

Neither the lemon or orange trees took to the repot I may have not let them adjust to the outside before the repot so it could have been my fault not satisfied at all
