Very healthy plants arrived soon after placing my order; plants were priced right and extremely well packaged;

Overall a great experience. The website was straight forward. The checkout was easy and before I knew it the plants arrived. They got eCommerce down pretty well and their plants are of high quality. Nothing shipped on its last legs like you get at a Walmart or Home Depot.

I had a great experience with this company. The trees shipped extremely quickly and were alive and healthy when I received them. Planting instructions were clear and so far the trees are doing great!

I ordered 16 skip laurels on 4-24-2022 and they arrived eight days later. All but one looked fine, so over three days, my Dad and I planted 14 of the them. The one that looked bad on arrival ended up dying in its pot about seven days after arriving and another one started to look sick in its pot over that time. As of 5-16-2022, an additional four that Dad and I planted look sick. I contacted customer service about the one dead one and they replaced it. I'm going to contact customer service about the other sick ones. Hopefully they'll replace them too.

Ordering was quick and easy no issues and finding products was easy on website.

I planted my apple trees and they are doing great. One of them has already bloomed. Very excited to see how they do. So far, it's great

I received 2 lavender plants, 2 snake plants and a society garlic plant. My snake plants arrived in bad shape. I reported them and im hoping for the best. My other 3 plants are thriving.

I got this beautiful rose everything is good but didn't bloom yet I'm not sure why and the leaves a little bit light green and the price is too much

I received my trees about three weeks ago. I spent hours prepping the soil and getting everything ready. They shipped from the eastern seaboard and by the time they arrived they were already half dead. So, far only two of the four trees are surviving and the two that are surviving are not thriving.

Not a whole lot of care comes into packaging my trees, as I seen this with several of my new shipments. Seems as if there's only 1 box that all the trees are shipped in despite their shape or size and that lead to broken branches and dirt squeezed out of their pot. One of my trees looked like it had a broken base so they seeled it with black wax or something? My peach tree doesn't look like it's going to make it… came very wilted and this is the second one. My jasmine and gardenias are great. Seems like the trees are what are lacking quality.

My tree arrived nicely packed, sting & healthy. It's only been 2 weeks & I'm already getting new growth. Will definitely by again from Fast Growing Trees!

Thank you for shipping my Glenn mango tree with care to California. I'm glad it came with instructions too. It's planted in the ground in my backyard and doing well.

All the information I wanted on the website and easy to navigate. My landscape designer was very impressed with the information on the site and with tree when it arrives. It looks beautiful in my yard. Look forward to tree ripened apricots.

Boxwood came with the roots completely exposed with no soil. It was shipped upright(not flat)
In response, they send a new set of plants immediatly

My snake plants were FANTASTIC. The lavender plants did not stay alive. Even after them sending another one. I was very disappointed

Service fast and plants packed securely in packaging. Free Strawberry plant "gift" in poor quality and lacking healthy roots died within three days. So much for the pretend "gift".

WE bought several trees and two have already dies. Would not buy again

Great experience, easy shopping. Packaged well. Arrived in good condition. Planted. And just looking forward to a tree that's grows like the specifications!

Ordered the lemon and lime citrus tree about a month ago. It arrived well packed and in good condition. So far it's doing well with lots of new healthy green leaves. I also ordered the Citrus Care Fertilizer Kit, which we have been using.
