Planted my $200+ tree and it did not take. Super disappointed since I have waited 5 years to get one in-stock. I reached out to support about 10 days in and I was told to wait it out. 40 days later I contact again because my tree is dead. Not a little dead. I'm talking fire wood dead. So now I paid another $20 to be able to have $219 in credit. We are kidding. I could have just been given a replacement the first time but they pushed me to wait. Wonder why? They now have $239 dollars for a dead tree with minimal overhead to replace with credit.

Ordered a clementine and put it in the ground two weeks ago. It looked good when I received it, but now it's exploding with growth. It's got several shoots that appeared and are now almost 2 inches in length. A friend of mine bought two clementine trees from a different source back in March and they haven't grown a lick. I am really at a loss as why that would be, but i'm glad chose fastgrowingtrees!
The Indoor Avocado tree I received came with brown curled leaves, it got worse and then they all fell off. I did everything the instructions said. Then a different tree is sent, I follow the instructions and the same thing happens. Is there something wrong with the tree or our humidity? What is the solution for these leaves turning brown, curling and falling off?

We had an issue with one of the trees getting damaged during delivery and they immediately sent a new one. It was delivered just a few days later. Thrilled with our trees & our experience! Would def order from them again!
I have repeatedly reached out to the company and have not received any reply, We ordered 6 trees: 2 (peaches) arrived in good condition; 2 cherries in moderate condition; 2 pears in dead condition -- black or no leaves, sharply cropped branches all at the same height -- looks like it was frost damaged before they shipped it.

I have consistently received beautiful healthy plants but recently received a weeping pink cherry tree that did not do well. FastGrowingTrees replaced it immediately and the new one appears healthy and so far doing well.
Order free came with 8 inches broken on top. Also tree was delivered bare root in a bag of mulch. For the price of the tree was not pleased. I called right away after I planted it next day and tree has not been doing well and I told them this on my call.

The Eastern Redbud was very nicely shaped, meaning it had great potential. It arrived within the number of days estimated, and was securely packed. However, the roots had been severed prior to being wrapped in loose burlap, with the largest ones barely 5-6 inches long. The tree didn't stand a chance. After 3 weeks of trying to nurse it back to life, I called customer service. To their credit, FastGrowingTrees not only refunded me cost of the tree, but also the 1-year guarantee I had purchased. I would order from them again, but would steer clear of trees or large shrubs which they ship as bare root.
Thank you for the feedback regarding the "pot sock" trees! The difference between this packaged tree and bare root trees is that this tree has been in the protective bag filled with nutrient rich growing medium since it was initially removed from the ground. This allows the roots to be constantly hydrated while receiving the beneficial nutrients that will give it an extra boost of energy once planted in the ground.

Requested return—but they don't do that. Was offered $35. Ended up finally finding gorgeous pistachio hydrangeas locally. Won't ever order plants online.
We're so sorry that your plants were not what you expected! A lot of times shipping stress/damage can cause some wilting or breakage on the leaves. This does not hurt the overall health of your tree and assure you that all the little growth you have will continue to push out and the plant will be beautiful. I received a plant that died less than 2 days after receiving. I called customer service, sent a picture and they credited my account for the dead plant. No hassle. Great company! Bought a magnolia tree last year for Father's Day... it's growing and beautiful!
I had been in the market for a few fruit trees. So I stumbled upon fast growing trees. I browsed around then decided to place my order. I ordered many different varieties of fruit trees. I have a total of 5 trees from this nursery. One of which was the ice cream banana plant. When the plant arrived it was broken in half. I immediately called FGT, spoke with a lovely customer service representative I had a new banana tree within a few days.
I purchased 3 plants they all looked fine when we received them but within one week one of the plants has died.

Answer: Cancel your order now before it's too late, go to a local nursery and save yourself some money and unwarranted aggravation, these folks are not honorable.
Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
