Originally received an inferior filbert tree (probably because it was the last one in stock). Wrote a review and provided a picture of this sick looking tree. Was contacted by the company and a full refund was issued. They probably should have not sent the tree ut they corrected the wrong and made everything good.

I've ordered from this company a few times and have not been disappointed with the products I received. The shipments come quickly as promised and the plants are of good quality. This time, an orchid was damaged, due to UPS crushing the box and not following instructions clearly marked on the box as to KEEPING IT UPRIGHT. The pot was crushed to pieces and several beautiful blooms were damaged and fell off the plant. The orchids were packaged well and this should not have happened.

I called to order a tree delivery for a future date, not the 2-3 day delivery. The rep took all the information and ordered the tree to be delivered on or about the date I requested. The tree got shipped and delivered early anyway. What was the point of calling in and providing all the information if it wasn't conveyed beyond that?

We have ordered over 200 trees and shrubs. The plants were delivered quickly and in great shape. The quality of customer service is above and beyond. I usually don't buy online for my yard but I couldn't find this specific tree anywhere near me. I found the curly leaved corkscrew willow on this site and took a chance. The tree arrived in great condition leaves intact about 4 inches tall and well packed. We planted it two day later and it is thriving despite the north east drought. Oh, we didn't leave the tree in the box for 2 days we unpacked it right away and watered it and set it on our deck until we were ready.

I received my first order and the main branch was cut off at the top so it would be a dwarfed tree. After calling customer service, with no questions asked I was sent a new one. I greatly appreciated the promptness of the second tree arrival. Although it's mean branch was cut off also so now I have a second tree that I am concerned will not grow.

Fast! Excellent price. The trees came quickly and well packed. They were a birthday present for my daughter to go along with her purchase. She was thrilled and surprised. So happy I added to her collection of fast trees for privacy.

I got an apricot tree. I planted it about two weeks and so far it's doing fine. I'm hoping for fruit next year.

One of our trees arrived and the leaves had been eaten by insects of some sort. They immediately sent us another tree.The trees arrived right on time, and were packaged beautifully. I wouldn't hesitate to order from them again. This is a good company!

I have ordered 3 trees from Fast Growing Trees and every one came quickly, was well packaged, and was healthy when they arrived. All three are currently thriving in their new home.

I had been looking for a Cascading Hearts tree in my area and couldn't find one. I was curious to see how well it would work out to order from so far away. It came sooner than I thought it would and it's leafing out wonderfully. I am so grateful and pleased.

Do NOT believe the post that say well packaged. Complete lies. I bought a mix of 12 plants and trees. They crammed them all into two boxes. My passion fruit vine arrived with root rot. I had to have half of my order replaced and the others were badly beaten up. They do not care about the quality of the plants or their over all health. This company is just praying that the customers just believe that's how plants arrive when buying online. Not the case! L Do yourself a favor and look up other nurseries. FastGrowingTrees.com is also BrighterBlooms. All a scam to rip people off with poor quality plants that they smash into boxes. Buyer Beware!
