The trees we ordered were in very rough shape! Damaged and broken limbs, unhealthy leaves, ect. To their credit, fastgrowingtrees is sending us new trees to replace the damaged ones. However, I have my doubts that the new tress will come in much better shape. Even w/o the damage the plants are overpriced and not nearly as healthy as I expected. After ordering these trees our local nursey got some new stock in. The nursery has the exact hydrangea we ordered online for HALF the price, and the nursey magnolias are the same price but for a tree 4 feet taller and much healthier. Gave them a couple stars for the decent customer service, but given the unhealthy plants I wont be ordering thru them again. We're very disappointed.
The shipment was arrived quickly and was package very well. One of the plants didn't make it and needed replaced and with no problem they replaced it.
The tree is healthy and strong but came with damaged limbs. There was delay in shipping after the label was created and I can only assume the two-day delay caused the damage. Since then the tree has started to grow a new branch.

Ordered a banana tree. Unfortunately, when I received it, all of the leaves were wilted and dying. I cut the off and I am hoping that the tree will rebound.

My last order was for a poplar tree and a willow tree. The willow is fine but the poplar was/is in very rough shape. It looks like it has some type of disease. Some of the leaves are turning black and others have black spots. If you saw this tree in a nursery you wouldn't buy it. They obviously thought it was OK to sell it to me. We will re-think any ongoing relationship.

Sedum was very long and leggy. They replaced with more of the same. Would do better to buy locally. Charge locally was $15 per plant. They charged $45

This was my first experience in ordering with Fast Growing Trees. I just received shipment of my plants on 8/25/22. I am very pleased with the condition my Jazz Hands Variegated Loropetalum and Asiatic Snow N Summer Jasmine plants arrived in. They have been planted in my garden and are doing well thus far! I am so pleased that I intend to place another order very soon.

We got 6-7 ft trees and they arrived well boxed with soil. Both trees are doing good so far. But will only know by next spring. Fingers crossed.
I was looking for six, six feet arborvite trees to plant at our new home for privacy. I placed my order back in February 2022 and paid a much higher price than if purchased at a Home Depot. I received a confirmation that my trees would arrive in May 2022. The trees never showed up. Post May, I called every month to get a status update with either a response of they will come soon or I am not sure. The final straw was when the customer service rep said she would call me Monday (this was in August 2022) to give me the exact day of shipping and never called. I finally called and cancelled my order after getting the run around and Fast Growing Trees sitting paid since February with no product in my hands. A manager/supervisor called and offered me 10% off my next order. While a nice gesture, it was not enough for a company sitting on my money and not able to tell me when I will receive my product. Overall, a very frustrating experience which will cause me to go somewhere else in the future for my planting needs.

I expected a better tree for $100. I got a a much nicer at Walmart for 1/3 the money. From the pictures on their website it's almost false advertising. I will not be ordering anything from them again.

Answer: Cancel your order now before it's too late, go to a local nursery and save yourself some money and unwarranted aggravation, these folks are not honorable.
Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
