Both trees I ordered are dead. According to my tree service, the time it took to ship them was too long for them to be without light and air. There should have been holes in the box.
I've bought a few different things from fast-growing-trees.com now. The only issue I've had is a couple of trees came smashed in their box (completely the delivery driver's fault). Shot an email to the company and everything was replaced immediately with no charge to me. As a small business owner, I strive to build a reputation with my clients as impressive as I've found fast-growing-trees.com.
Only issue I have had was a yarrow that was delivered mostly dried out and dead. It didn't make it. I still need to put in a request for a refund, but that is such a hassle in general.
I once had an issue with a vanilla orchard I bought and it was replaced quick and now my vanilla orchid is thriving so much i had to get a new moss pole for him. You have healthy plants. The only thing I dislike is the fact that I have ordered a couple of times and then when it was time to ship, there wasn't any in stock. Another time I wanted a replacement and you no longer carried that plant. Thank you.

Shipping was an issue for the second time when this company. The wrong products were sent, poorly packaged, broken trees, missing items. Very poor experience that ultimately resulted in a large refund. I appreciate the refund, but overall this was a negative experience and I will not be purchasing from this company again.
Delivery of trees was excellent, they arrived well packaged, but shortly after planting all 12 Emerald Greens began to yellow and brown. After claiming the warranty we discovered that Emerald Greens were not rated for our zone. Customer service helped us resolve the issue fairly quickly.

I e order from FastGrowing Trees and have always been very pleased. I have previously (about 7 years ago) ordered peach trees… and blueberries and wow, peaches were size of softballs with the sweetest taste. Blueberries were abundant and were delicious.

Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
