Both trees I ordered are dead. According to my tree service, the time it took to ship them was too long for them to be without light and air. There should have been holes in the box.

I've bought a few different things from fast-growing-trees.com now. The only issue I've had is a couple of trees came smashed in their box (completely the delivery driver's fault). Shot an email to the company and everything was replaced immediately with no charge to me. As a small business owner, I strive to build a reputation with my clients as impressive as I've found fast-growing-trees.com.

Only issue I have had was a yarrow that was delivered mostly dried out and dead. It didn't make it. I still need to put in a request for a refund, but that is such a hassle in general.

I once had an issue with a vanilla orchard I bought and it was replaced quick and now my vanilla orchid is thriving so much i had to get a new moss pole for him. That one experience of a company actually doing what they say has made me a lifetime customer. I never shop anywhere else. I know that you will send me the best quality plants. Then you for being so great

You have healthy plants. The only thing I dislike is the fact that I have ordered a couple of times and then when it was time to ship, there wasn't any in stock. Another time I wanted a replacement and you no longer carried that plant. Thank you.

My trees always arrive healthy and grow well, for a while. I have managed to over water my previous trees so this time will be different!

Healthy plants that grow well. Fruit trees grafted to fruit sooner. Have had a lot of great experiences with plants from Fast Growing Trees. I also like how it recommends the exact fertilizer you need for what you're buying.

Order # *******138. A lavender plant. I've ordered from you before with satisfaction but this plant was half dead when arrived tho pkgd. Nicely. I just can't see much energy in this plant. I hesitate to plant it in the garden

Shipping was an issue for the second time when this company. The wrong products were sent, poorly packaged, broken trees, missing items. Very poor experience that ultimately resulted in a large refund. I appreciate the refund, but overall this was a negative experience and I will not be purchasing from this company again.

Delivery of trees was excellent, they arrived well packaged, but shortly after planting all 12 Emerald Greens began to yellow and brown. After claiming the warranty we discovered that Emerald Greens were not rated for our zone. Customer service helped us resolve the issue fairly quickly.

Half of the trees I ordered died within a few months. When I went to use the warranty, I realized it had given me a sixty 60, instead of the 1 year in the email I had ordered. Very disappointed.

Order experience went well. Items arrived in timely manner. Plants were a little distressed. I was disappointed there were no instructions in the box on how to plant them. Fingers crossed they will start growing in the spring.

I've purchased everything from indoor plants to outdoor trees. Customer service has been great to help me find the perfect thing for my "neck of the woods". It has been the perfect solution. My own personal nursery that helps me get the best solution to match my vision.

I e order from FastGrowing Trees and have always been very pleased. I have previously (about 7 years ago) ordered peach trees… and blueberries and wow, peaches were size of softballs with the sweetest taste. Blueberries were abundant and were delicious.

I had to replace a tree that died. The customer service made is especially easy! I appreciate the quality of the plants I have received from this company.

This time around we bought a quaking aspen, and a couple years ago it was a Japanese maple.
The maple is doing great, so we expect the Aspen will thrive too.
For both trees the ordering and delivery process was easy and painless.
Planting instructions were clear.
I can't comment on the warranty since the maple is doing great and I just planted the aspen. I think I'll necessary need to use the warranty.

The two magnolia trees were ordered to be the same size but one arrived significantly smaller. It's been two years and both trees are now the same size. We love them.
