Fast growing trees is okay but SHOP is not. They take your info and bombard you with emails, plus getting delivery info from them is impossilbe. I would not have purchased from you because of shop unless i had to in order to get this plant.

I previously ordered the green giant arborvita in the smaller size. Was very pleased with the healthy potted plants that arrived! Even though I did not get them planted for months, they did very well. I added the booster food since I have very sandy poor soil.

Bought two Coral bark maples a few months ago. They arrived beautifully packages, very healthy. I will continue to buy plants from Fast Growing Trees with confidence!

The trees were in great shape upon arrival. Planted two months ago and still look good. We'll see how they hold up over the winter here in southern Alabama.

I ordered several trees from FastGrowingTrees because of their "Alive & Thrive" guarantee and the assurance that the varieties were hardy for my growing zone. Unfortunately, the experience has been extremely disappointing.

My first shipment arrived and the trees died, even though I followed all planting and care instructions exactly. FastGrowingTrees replaced the order, and I paid the shipping fee for the replacements — but the second set of trees also died shortly after arrival.

When I contacted customer service again, I was told they only replace products one time and that they "can't control Mother Nature." However, the trees were advertised as suitable for my zone, and FastGrowingTrees chose to ship them during the hottest part of summer. If the trees couldn't survive shipment in warm temperatures, they should not have been sent at that time.

In the end, I am out more than $650, have no surviving trees, and the company refused any further support. The "Alive & Thrive" guarantee did not hold up in my experience.

I'm sharing this so others are aware before purchasing. My experience with FastGrowingTrees was costly and disappointing.

Prices have doubled but fantastic customer service, quality of trees, and 1 year guarantee keeps me coming back. In the off chance something goes wrong; I've had a few trees damaged as a result of not being secured inside the packaging. A quick email and a few pictures later, replacements were shipped within a week.

I ordered my raspberry bushes on Sept. 9 2025 didn't receive them until 10.24/2025. I'm worried that they are not going to make it through the winter because of the late arrival and the size of them.

I ordered 8 Junior Giant Thuja Trees in 2024, and we found out we were going to move before delivery. I contacted customer service and asked to postpone delivery until we moved, and they agreed to deliver a year later. Once we moved, I called again because we ended up with a smaller yard, and 8 of those trees wouldn't fit on the land, so I asked if we could cut the order in half. They immediately did that and gave me a refund. With that refund, I was actually able to order 2 Maple trees that will work elsewhere on the land because they will not take up as much room. Customer service was so helpful and accommodating. I have purchased from Fast Growing Trees before and only received quality trees and bushes, and I have recommended them to friends looking for trees. I will continue to shop with Fast Growing Trees, and their sales are phenomenal as well! Thanks everyone for excellent service!

Very easy to find the specific trees and shrubs I've needed. Quick processing and shipping. Some issues with long term survival, but I now get 2 year guarantees.

Received my pomegranate shrub with the leaves, yellowed and wilted. Some of the leaves have a white scale on them as well. Looks very thin like it will not survive. Submitted documentation about the poor quality of the shrub and have yet to hear back from anyone.

Everything that I have ever ordered from the store always comes in perfect condition and there's always thriving. That's why I like shopping from them.

Love the quality.of your product! But customer support is beyond reproach and.keeps me.coming back! I live in zone 9, and as many plants as u carry, wish u carried more variety for my coastal zone. Buy most plants thru u, but would buy more if u had bigger variety for my zone, deer resistant.

I've had no problems other than the rose bushes I bought which succumbed to one of the many diseases they are susceptible to. My Dental Hygienist told me no one can grow roses in Florida. Live and learn.

My tree I bought earlier this year was what I was looking for however the zone that was rated for my area has changed to a colder area and my tree died and the representative refunded (credit) my account for me to purchase a another type of tree. I have already chosen and used my credit plus the 20 extra percent off this tree. Great customer service and the definitely back their warranty

When the plants arrived i was a little skeptical as they looked a little sad. Read the instructions, they are thriving now, can't wait for spring so they can flower! Happy with purchase.

Aside from a holiday and the heat, which must be taken into account for shipping... which they DO! They are always fast and have great quality

I notified the company upon delivery or my 100.00 purchase. The 4 plants I ordered were dead. The answer from the "customer service " was let us know in 60 days. I potted the plants as advised and all 4 have yet to come back to life Waisted money, zero support from the company. Never will I make another purchase nor will I recommend to family or friends

Ordered 4 trees, 1 is thriving, two not growing and not sure they will make it through to spring. 4th had lost all its leaves and is just a stick and its supposed to be a very fast grower. Planted, staked and watered as instructed. Bought plants 3 years ago and they grew c and are very healthy
