Ordered a 3 Gallon Lantana… package arrive in a 5' box that must be used for shipping trees. When I opened the box the lantana was on one end of the box all crushed. Of course a refund was issued, but can't understand why someone would ship that size plant in that size box.
I was very happy with the quality of the Myers lemon tree. Note that the thin metal rod that comes with the taller plants is not thick enough to withstand winds outdoors and needs to be additionally supported if you have any windy days at all. Customer service was helpful with this, but I would order a tree under 5'

My gardener mistakenly took out a mature lavender bush. I went on the look for a replacement. I wanted several so that they would group and look bigger. The only place I could find the plants was at FastGrowing Trees. They were expensive 1 gallon plants, but they were the only ones I found. When they arrived I was shocked at how little they were. I complained and the short of it was that I was offered a discount.
On line purchase was quick; easy. Trees arrived and are already planted.

They fully refunded me. As well they should - the tree doesn't stand up straight and arrived in severe distress. I'm trying to revive it but it's not looking good at this point.

Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
