I've ordered 3 trees so far and all of them are doing great!
I purchased 3 bushes that came diseased. They reshipped them and 3 more came diseased! They knew they shipped them diseased, had to notice all the holes in the leaves! They shipped me their headache and they knew it. Now I have to dispose of six large bushes when no one will accept them!
I ordered a few trees from them before and decided to order some boxwoods and a few Zeylanica Snake plants. There was a three pack combo of the snake plants so I got it. (or so I thought) In the fine print detail, it indicates that you get three different snake plants when you order the combo, although the header says Zeylanica, although the picture is of a Zeylanica, although when I called, I had to direct the customer service rep to where the fine print details were. The most they offered me was a 15% discount on what I ordered. They just loss a customer but the CSR did not appear to care much about that. My order was $600
Big full plants! My shipment was delayed (FedEx's fault) and the poor plants had to wait extra days to be opened. I was surprised that most of them still looked great. One one didn't survive the trip, and Fast Growing Trees made it right. One of the few places I can trust to order online.
I ordered about $1100 worth of plants and trees and 14 months later almost everything died. I did have a warranty on everything but that was also a waste. I kept being told to give them more time and of course, winter came. Just as I suspected, most of the items did not come back this year. It was too late to take advantage of the warranty. How convenient. One tree never sprouted at all and I did redeem a credit. Unfortunately, it expired before I could use it.
I was very disappointed to see many of the items I ordered at our local nursery this year. Most of them at a fraction of the cost! I wasted so much money and am very disappointed. I will not recommend this company to anyone.

My local trees all survived. 2out of 9 of there trees survived. Would not take back do to it being 16month old they died about 7months into it. Was asking for a discount but would only do 15%. For losing just about all my trees form them I figured a bigger discount but not worth it for 15% when you can go local. Just odd that all my local trees are alive got at the same time.
Ordered 16 trees based on the pics on their website. Spent over $ 1,800.00. They came in straggly and thin. They told me it will grow after the first full season but did refund part of my money after I sent them pictures. Its now he second growing year. They grew 3 inches instead of the 3-5 feet promised. I filed a complaint with the BBB and FTG responded that it sometimes takes two or three years and its like a person it grows differently. Total BS. I should have gone to my local nursery which has the exact same tree, full leafed and branched for a thousand dollars less.

I bought $236.00 of trees and a shrub. Three Taylor Junipers 2 to 3 feet in height and one Green Mound Juniper one gallon.
Personally, I don't think the Green Mound Juniper that was delivered was actually a green mound juniper as I have since bought two more elsewhere and they do not have the same needles/branches/character.
Anyway, one of the Taylor Juniper trees came with a broken top, obviously from STUFFING it into the box for sending and the Green Mound Juniper plant turned brown and DIED on me.
Only one of the Taylor Juniper trees is really taking off and growing and does look amazing. The other is much slower in growing, and the third will obviously never have a good looking top since its top branch was broken off or I might turn in into a shrub.
As you can see from the image I included, I do not have trouble growing things.
I feel like I should dispute my payment and never buy from them again.
My brother was very happy to receive this hard-to-find tree for his birthday. It was shipped on time and arrived before his special day. Thank you!
I spent over $1400 on trees and plants from FastGrowingTrees.com in 2022, but most didn't survive. Their recent replacements were smaller and without a warranty (I had to buy again since I got a gift card for my warranty replacements), and my emails to the company went unanswered after the last shipment.
The plants don't look like what they advertise online. Trees that are trained to grow high but don't have any strength or resilience. My new pear and peach trees are wilting just days after planting. It seems they're selling branches with roots instead of the healthy trees pictured on their website.
FedEx was their delivery choice, and it was a poor one. My order arrived two days late, upside down, and damaged.
I've bought from Walmart and Home Depot before - their plants are similar in price, much better in quality, and actually survived winter, unlike FastGrowingTrees.com's.
Long story short: I'm done with store credits and subpar replacements. I've requested a full refund and will buy locally from now on. Avoid the hassle. Shop elsewhere.

They are mixing styrofoam with perlite! And they are growing trees in it! I tolf them about it and sent pictures, but they are trying to gaslight you, that it is perlite. Perlite is hard and breakable, styrofoam is soft and ubreakable. There is such an obvious difference. They know what they are doing

Shopping was great. Good information, but I signed up as a first time shopper and also signed up to get offers. I did not see those discounts when I paid. I wrote to customer service and they quickly refunded for the discount yes amount. I've never had anyone do that. Excellent CS. They read my comments and corrected the problem
Texting a 10% off a first purchase is misleading! It should say "w/ a minimum purchase" & it does not.
Also, the (already high) shipping cost went up higher when completing my payment.
Do not purchase anything from this company! They do not back their plants unless you purchase a warranty! Customer service is awful!

I was excited about the amount of choices of plants there were on the site. I did purchase about $200 worth of products, but when I received an email stating that they could not deliver until next year, I tried to log in to review my purchases and the site stated that they had no record of my email address on file. I was never able to locate anything stating I purchased plants from this company. I continued receiving tracking emails, but I was still not able to verify my purchase.
7 months later, they were delivered. The roots barely had any dirt on them and they looked unhealthy. I replanted them right away and I have been trying to nurse them back to life.
I will not be using this company again. I had huge hopes and I was let down.

I had a misunderstanding about an order. Turned out to be my fault. Which I apologized for but they surprisingly refunded my shipping charge. Just to show they appreciate my business. Totally unexpected
Ordered two strawberry plants. Took a week to deliver. They were laid on their side and very dry. Hoping these plants survive. For the cost I spent can't believe how small these plants are. Next time I will just go to Lowes or Home Depot. Would not recommend..
I bought 2 cocktail trees and a 1 year unlimited warranty - they were delivered March 30. I took a picture of them bare.
19 days ago I wondered if maybe they should actually be doing something more since they both still looked about the same as they did when I first got them. I emailed support with the comparing pictures of both trees (with the recent pictures showing how much foliage had grown on surrounding trees) April 20, and again on April 25th. Today I emailed them again in hopes to get a response, I am not hopeful though.

Edited - I was finally contacted by fast-growing trees and they promptly sent a replacement tree.
After 1 month, the plants died, all of them. Customer service wanted a picture with the proof of the scratch test. However, they were a gift for my 92 year old grandmother out of state, so a picture/cell phone was not possible as I told customer service when I called prior to ordering and when they died. She grows all kinds of plants and vegetables, but these were very unique colors that were recommended for her zone.

Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
