I ordered 3 trees. They arrived in 2 seperate boxes. One peach tree was packaged upside down and had lost all but 1 leaf. All trees have put out new growth after planting.

Had to replace some trees. 100% easiest I've dealt with. Replaced the trees no charge no hassle. Send pictures and you're done.
Box came in crushed. Replanted in 10 gallon pot 2 days later dead. Not sure if they just sent me a sick tree or it didn't like being shipped. All I know is I'm out 130 bucks and have a dead avocado tree
While a replacement plant was dispatched, it took a long time and arrived while I was out of town. The Fedex arrival tracking kept changing, extending arrival to the following day such that I had to call and ask for a refund as the plant would arrive in 100-degree NM while I was out of town for 3 days with no one to look after it. Delivery execution was out of FGT's remit but it was nonetheless something I won't do again. I was partially satisfied b/c the refund was issued.

Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
