I had a japanese maple delivered last month. There was a major limb broken off, apparently during the packaging process. The leaves all had brown tips, possibly due to heat stress. The box was delivered on my front porch on a hot sunny day when the label clearly stated to keep it away from heat.

Trees I've purchased always arrive so healthy and are so well packaged.

Narrow and refine your search options down to what you're specifically looking for: you'll be amazed how many plants are available for purchase. Shipping and delivery were 3/5: once the plants are shipped they're not expertly cared for - unfortunately some of ours were damaged and it's taken a labor of love to get them growing well. We placed a big order, only two trees didn't survive the shipping process, Fast Growing Trees replaced them with zero issues. The replacement trees are doing awesomely well.

You sent the wrong apple tree ordered 3 in 1 apple tree.after a year when it bloomed, it was a crabapple tree. Sent pictures, you would not refund me so i will not buy any thing else from you

My first Hass Avocado 5-6 foot tree failed under warranty. FGT accepted my claim (with pics) but had no replacements in stock. The item was supposedly placed on a ship when items were received. Ok, months go buy and nothing heard. However FGT's website showed 4-5 foot trees were in. I called in and soon a replacement was on the way—but only by my follow up, not FGT's. The new tree arrived with it snapped almost in half. No protective packing was in the box, which I found odd since all prior plants had been. I called FGT and (after more pics) another replacement was on the way. This one arrived intact, but again no protective packing was in the box. These are not bare root trees, they are in heavy planters in moist dirt—heavier than the tree by far. I'm happy to get my new tree after six months, but I'd hope the nursery would take more care for everyone's benefit.

I ordered several trees and a pair of climbing roses all at once. All of them looked good upon arrival. One of a pair of redbuds started failing within a couple days of receipt, did not have the same strength as the other did. This showed up before I even planted it. It completely died over time, but when I was sure it wasn't going to recover, I notified the company. After an exchange of e-mails, they sent me a replacement tree, which seems to be doing fine. When I lifted the failed one, I saw that its main roots seemed to have been severed before it was potted and sent to me. It did not have sufficient roots to support the size of the tree. For the climibing roses, I did have almost total leaf withering and dropping after planting, but they produced new growth and blooms. I hope in the future they will look as lush as when they arrived. When I saw they had a Flamethrower Redbud back in stock, I ordered it. It seemed a bit undersized. I hope it survives the winter. The Magnolia was very full and green when I got it, but it also suffered leaf yellowing, spotting and loss as it waited in its pot because I couldn't put it in right away. I'm hoping it will bounce back in the spring. The plants I was able to get into the ground in the first couple days are doing better than the ones I couldn't plant right away.

Plant arrived in perfect condition and is doing well. I planted with root rocket so that might be why its doing so good.

Received Several very healthy oak trees as ordered with remarkable packaging... now to see if they can withstand the high desert conditions.
