I know not all of the problems were just from the company, a big problem was that it was delivered standing up crushing two of the trees. I did call to let them know that they were damaged to the point that there was only one branch left and they told me cut it all back and it should recover. That's fine but I'm paying for a 7 foot three and I'm basically starting with a 3 foot tree

I have ordered trees from this company for years. My last two trees have died. Not sure they were insured or not. I hope this one lives. I have a spot next to my fireplace that gets hot in the late summer but in the spring it gets to wet from spring rain.
My experience with ordering was excellent. My Anna apple tree arrived promptly in good condition. I followed planting guidelines and used the fertilizer that you recommended, but the real test will be how the tree weathers the winter. If it leafs out in the spring and produces at least a few blossoms I will be happy.

It seems like you receive a dead tree.But they don't explain to you when it needs to be planted or that it's just dormant. This information should be provided before you order the tree or bush.
I feel trees by mail a great innovation saving time and money. All went well until last order in that I never got the extra trees under the BOGO offerings.
Trees arrive in good shape. Especially if ordered one at a time. A multiple tree ordered was not handled well by FedEx but that's not FG Trees fault.
I have had nothing but good interactions with customer service and the plants arrive well packaged. The pots/dirt sometimes is knocked out a little but cant fault them. Love the variety of plants they offer.
I've had great experience with fast growing trees. Their customer service is wonderful and helpful. Even when the plants were damaged by shipment they were very helpful.
FGT has a great selection at competitive prices. Do be sure to check everything before you order. My experience has been that the plants always seem smaller than advertised so check before you buy if size is important.
I purchased a holly for my front yard. It was beautiful when I received it but probably because of the soil it died. Fast Growing Trees was wonderful about honoring there one year guarantee and after asking a few reasonable questions they issued a credit the same day.
I have arrange for the plants noted above to be delivered next April or May, but I did receive and plant a bunch more and they have grown somewhat

Two of the trees had trunks that were curved in ways that made it impossible to prune for balanced growth. The leaves on all the trees had very thin slices in them. Maybe from a sickness.
1 out of my 3 plants arrived dead. I am most dissatisfied with customer service. I went through the normal "contact form" they require 1 1 and received an email from Pam. She explained the warranty policy, but no replacement of the plant was available so store credit. I emailed back asking for a refund. No response from Pam. I called the main number 4 days later. The representative would only discuss their warranty policy or store credit and refuse refund when they are out of stock of the ordered plant. I was happy to have a replacement, which they did not have. Was going to purchase 3 more trees, but won't be doing business with them given their policy to not refund if a replacement is not available when plant arrives dead.
Probably a Fedex issue but my knock out rose had all but one stem broken. The stem has a few leaves on it so hoping for the best. The geraniums were smushed pretty bad. I have managed to get a few leaves to perk up. But now I have very small plant in 2 gal pot. Shipping box was all beat up. My previous orders of green giants all came in great condition.
Your chat box customer service people are obviously just reading info and come off pretty dumb. Have to make self clear multiple times. Pretty sure you shop them out to other countries and they are not experts at all!
After placing several large orders over a couple months, I then ordered 5 of the 5 ft Carolina sapphire cypress at a great sale price. When I asked to repeat the identical order I was denied same sale price. You have lost a loyal customer.

Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
