I paid a lot of money for a jumbo catalina avocado tree, it was dying, you send me a replacement which has plague, in one email you offered me a store credit, I sent you 2 emails already asking you for my money back because I need to buy my avocado tree in other place, I'm still waiting a response!

First plant died within weeks. A second plant was dispatched and was healthy but packaged poorly with multple broken leaves which had to be trimmed. The only leaf left broke in half due to poor packing.

It is now 3 days after the plans were scheduled to arrive and I still don't know when they will arrive. This is the third time this happens to me in 2024.

Shipping failed in this one. Two orders (the original and the replacement were damaged by the shipper, so I cannot comment other than they were accommodating in the refund.

Order came quickly, one tree was as advertised, but top was broken on arrival. Second "tree" was not much more than a twig, super thin main trunk, poor root structure and no branching at all. Date of experience is an approximate, not worth my time to look up the date I ordered them. I'm done, won't order again, not my first rodeo with them, but it will be the last
