Quality and service. The prices are a bit higher than can be found, but you get what you pay for. When a plant I purchased did not thrive, the staff was quick to make it right. If I have any issues it is with their shipping service that has often delivered boxes that were the best and handled roughly. The plants have been packaged well, but sometimes arrived in poor shape from the rough shipping.

We received a gift certificate in honor of our granddaughter who gained her wings. We were only going to spend that amount until we received the order of 3 trees and we decided to order 18 more. Every tree came in perfect condition and we are very proud of them. They are at the front of our property here in southern TX

You offer excellent trees and service. Delivery was much quicker than expected.

Packaging, delivery, and price are great. I would say though between the 5ft and 7ft size selection there is only a slight difference in height. Would definitely order again, very convenient especially if you don't have the right car to transport yourself. Thanks FastGrowingTrees

Easy to order. Great variety of product. Packing is great. Excellent product quality.

Trees were good, not great. Packaging and delivery were terrible. Purchased 4 trees and 4 plants. Packaging overall was poor on all. The zip ties broke on the last two plants and they were bumping into each other in the terrible 2 in 1 long box packaging. You can put "lay flat" on the box 1,000 times, but FedEx does not. They even left them vertical on my door step. I hope the last two beat up plants survive.

I sent pictures of our trees and have yet to receive a response.

I have bought a small variety of plants and trees from Fast Growing Trees (FGT). They have been packaged well and arrived at my home looking green and healthy. I've used the "chat" service on their website to ask questions and figure out which plants would be best for my area. The person at FGT had great suggestions and reasons why one tree might be preferred over another. It's been a pleasure working with this company.

Online shopping was easy, prices were reasonable, plants arrived as promised and healthy.

I have had some online issues with some orders but they were quickly resolved with a phone call. Nice to deal with friendly, knowledgeable people and nice to get right thru instead of "all operators are busy" recordings i often get with phone company, utilities and other websites.

I ordered two trees that arrived 11/1/2024. I'm a bit concerned for the Sunrise Eastern Redbud. It arrived with several black spots on the leaves but there were several large leaves on the 5ft. Tree. We have had a mild fall and I made sure the watering was proper. Hopefully it comes out of it in the spring. The Royal Poinciana looked great and I don't foresee any issues with it.

Please talk to the person/people who pack the trees for shipping and ask them to put a little more paper in the box to keep the trees from banging around during shipment. There was a single sheet of paper, just flat, not crinkled up that was supposed to protect the tree in the box during shipment. You need to put more crunched up paper in the box to keep the tree from moving in the box during shipment.

UPS tends to throw around your packages 📦 but this company take care of any problems
They even give you recommendations on how to fix most of the problems

The woman who helped me was very informative, helpful, and reassuring. She was knowledgable and explained why I was having the issue of dropped leaves, due to box shock after my trees had been shipped. She recommended a product to help with the health of my trees as well. I was very satisfied with the help I was given.

I've ordered several items from FastGrowingTrees and I like that they have a year guarantee. I only planted them this fall so it's too soon to see how they'll do.

They all arrived very healthy so I'm optimistic that they will flourish in my yard.

Looking forward to seeing my plants and shrubs grow come spring.

The hydrangea I purchased had brown spot and black fungus disease. I won't be ordering again.

I bought my son a Meyer Lemon Tree as a housewarming gift for his new apartment in Boston and he loves it! He's had it for a month and says that it has continued to grow is now flowering and filling the room with the most incredible scent.

I have ordered from North Carolina and Michigan. I have never been this dissatisfied when receiving plants till now. I ordered a 2'-3' kumquat. A 5' spindly plant with yellowing leaves at the top came. I complained and was sent a replacement. It also is 5' but a bit healthier looking leaf-wise. Both plants have a single stalk/stem about 1/4', braced with a plastic tube. I have had kumquat trees all my life. This is not right. I won't be ordering again from you.

My husband and I redid all of the landscaping at our house. FGT really helped! The plant descriptions were so helpful! I love the 1 year guarantee and the speedy shipping. The shrubs arrived in very good condition, but the soft touch hollies were smaller than I had hoped they would be.
