I have purchased a 3-in-1 pear tree, a black tartarian cherry tree, and a fantasia nectarine tree from FGT and all are doing well as far as I can tell since they're currently dormant with no leaves. I was worried after purchasing the pear tree since to started losing its leaves a few weeks after arriving, but I was reassured by FGT experts that the tree was merely going into dormancy, which was relieving to hear. Thanks FGT! I highly recommend purchasing from FGT.
The trees arrived when I was told they would be here. Upon unwrapping, it was impressive as to the size, health, and quality of the trees. Now, around a month has passed and the trees are thriving! Received a tree that looks to be half dead. The tree has healthy growth on one side. On the other side, barren branches. If they're coming back, it will take a long time.

My cart was loaded for all the fantastic discounts that they were offering & i was thrilled...i am a repeat buyer...the order would be paid in full & shipped in april. I talked with Lisa [ she did her best but obviously was restrained] & the last day of the order was on a nonday in 12/2024 -- when i went to process the order on my home computer, it necessitated a code...the code could only be sent to my work # which is in Keene, NH & i live in New Salem, Mass so therfore the order could not be processed. I believe i sent Lisa an email that evening & the a call was returned the next day by lisa... after some haggling, she stated that she could give me most of the discount but not all of it. I was "pissed" [& please excuse me]. Subsequently, i discovered the company had a venture capital group as an 'interested' investor...Fast Growing Trees lost that order over an additional spiff that the person in charged stated thru Lisa she would not give me & all because i couldn't process the order from my home computer since i couldn't get the 'secret' code. I'll still do business with them, however they have lost my loyalty & i will not advertise in a positive manner for them. Doug mulligan & negative in the North on FGT

The tree was advertised with a stand, received with a stand but the stand did not work. Finally tied the tree to a curtain rod. Did let you know, and you gave me $15 on my credit car.

I bought a 5 to 6 foot Fraser Fir fresh cut Christmas tree because it was the cheapest option I could find. It took a bit over a week to get it and when it came I was surprised by how smell, light, and narrow the box was. Upon opening it sure enough there was a tree in it and it was tightly tied up. After setting it up it seemed small, it was close to 4'10" and I was hoping for a little taller but not really worth complaining about. As far as the health of the tree, it was extremely healthy. Even after January 3rd when it was time to break it down into wood, it was still fresh feeling and looking. I'd likely go to fast growing trees again in the future but choose a larger option.
Yew had damage both to shipping box and to the plant. Your response to our email and photos was quick and thorough, but resolution pending on whether the plant recovers.

Answer: Cancel your order now before it's too late, go to a local nursery and save yourself some money and unwarranted aggravation, these folks are not honorable.
Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
