I was really happy that my tree had arrived. Within 48 hours all of the leaves and branches had fallen off and I am left with an expensive stick.
I was amazed at the amount of trees i can grow in my area. I have ordered 2 peach to plum 2 fig 3 lemons 2 avocado and 1 cocktail tree. The trees arrived in better condition than i expected. They were full of leaves and hearty looking. I am amazed because i am in Georgia and we have had snow twice and they still look healthy and they are outside. I am not happy with FedEx they kept changing delivery date so i was worried but the trees were in pretty good shape. I have told my friends about my experience

My 25 foot Royal Empress tree was decimated by Hurricane Beryl In July. My neighbors told me they loved the tree so much (also purchased from Fast Growing Trees) that I HAD to get another. Fast Growing trees had a sale so I got free shipping on a 3 foot Royal Empress Tree. Got it in 4 days. It has taken off and has almost doubled in size in only 6 weeks. The tree was perfectly boxed. Great company. I only get trees from Fast Growing Trees because I know they will be the best quality and perfectly shipped.

I waited for 4 weeks to receive my olive tree. It's delivered with a severe condition. Leaves all dried out. I emailed customer service and asked for a replacement. He said it's common for the tree looks droopy or dry upon arrival. He told me to keep watering it and waiting for 3-4 weeks for the tree to MAYBE bounce back. That being said I've to wait to maybe get my olive tree to survive for 2 months since I placed the order. Hope they have a better service plan for this.

The tree that I sent as a gift has not been delivered due to winter weather, although I assured Fast Growing Trees that they could deliver. I waived the guarantee for winter delivery.

I placed the order and have not received the lemon tree that I ordered. Normally I receive them within 3 to 6 days. I had the order number somewhere but can not find it.
I had ordered a 5-6' Fruit Cocktail tree that wasn't scheduled to deliver until March. When the 6-7' tree went on sale, I contacted customer service to see if I could upgrade to the larger tree. Though we had trouble connecting, once I was able to call her back, Angie was an amazing help and got my original order canceled and my new order placed and was able to give me the discounts from my original order.
I also have a Meyer Lemon tree I purchased last summer, which is doing great & has several small lemons growing on it in my house! My husband was so impressed, he asked if they have Avocado trees, so that'll be my next purchase.

Four of 6 arrived and the other 2 arrived after form filled out for customer service. All plants appear to like their new home.
I ordered several trees. 2 of the look semi~dead, the Chicago Fig and the pawpaw tree. I know they are dormant but especially the fig looks dead. When they arrived, looks like both of those were really tossed around during shipping which is no fault of the seller. If they come back in sping I will update review to 5 star.
Bought my sister a dwarf tree. It flowered soon after she received it! She loves it!

There is no reason when I ordered 5 trees for $500 Xmas and the ground was frozen, they arrived weeks ahead of what they said. By then they looked dead. I couldn't give them as gifts. I wrote several times saying I'd pay to return them and just send replacements when weather is better. They said no and said there was no guarantee I bought and wouldn't do a thing. They said plant them
And let them know in mid-May if they are still dead. This is terrible customer service beyond belief. I am totally surprised by the lack of concern by this company on chat and email both snd how they don't stand behind their product. I will call my credit card company to try to resolve this. I only asked to replace dead trees I can't give as gifts and offered to pay myself to return them. This is beyond belief terrible service and I told them so with no response.
Web site is great - very easy to use. Large selection and various price points. The plant received did not meet my expectations upon arrival (smaller then expected, cost verse value). Delivery time was acceptable
Answer: Cancel your order now before it's too late, go to a local nursery and save yourself some money and unwarranted aggravation, these folks are not honorable.
Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
