"Tree" arrived with broken tip. All the leaves dried out two days later. All the leaves fell off 2 days after that. Not really sure I was corresponding with a person or a computer, but I got lots of questions on their end via email and sick twig on my end. Still have not spoken with a live body.
Well it begin with hitting buy on the order. Without giving me a chance to verify the shipping address it filled in an old address.
I called the number to make corrections and felt like I was talking to someone in a foreign country. He had as much trouble with my accent as I did his. Finally he got the address changed.
The trees were supposed to arrive by February 13. One tree got here on February 25 in a torn up box that has been rebooted by FedEx with the explanation that it had to rebooted and relabeled because the original label was obstructed and unscalable.
Since this less than half my order I texted the company to find out where the rest of the order was.
A persoon got the information about the order and said he would process the remaining portion of the order. He did not do this.
On the 28th of February I texted back and this texted with Paula. She was helpful and got the tree ordered, But she the lavender was now sold out. I asked her if she could just substitute something for the lavender and she responded that she could not. She could only give a store credit.
So now I have a credit at at store I no longer want to do business with.
I think that is a pretty bad experience.

The descriptions and pics are very misleading. I was sent a newly grafted twig.
I moved into this house last June and it had no landscaping in the backyard. I made a new flowerbed and ordered your hydrangeas so they would hide the wooden fence. The main reason I used your company was the 1 year guarantee. Even though I live in Louisiana, it has been a very cold winter. I am hopeful that they will all make it for spring.
Purchased some trees to be sent this April. Sales rep did a great job and provided me with great information regarding planting the trees and taking care of the trees.
Arrived timely about 8-10 inches tall! Immediately repotted it. There were no directions so I'm not really sure if it is thriving yet and the roots seem to be pulling out of the dirt.

Uhh it's been over a month. Contact again same reply the will be there soon. Guess what no delivery. Try to reply to same email no response.
This tree seems so small and frail that I don't know how it will produce within the first year. I hope it proves my opinion to be wrong.

Bought Many trees from Fast Growing and had one or 2 that didn't survive, Contacted them and within a few days I had new trees sitting on my doorstep, now thats customer service!
This is a gift for one of my daughters. I was told the tree will be delivered in May. I'm hoping it will be a good size & healthy. She is super picky, so make me proud. 😂
I did buy a Japanese Maple for my roof top garden a few months ago & even with all the crazy weather we have had, it's still alive. It's a sick at this point, so anxious to see what happens in the Spring.

Answer: Cancel your order now before it's too late, go to a local nursery and save yourself some money and unwarranted aggravation, these folks are not honorable.
Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
