Not very good. Products are expensive and not what expected

Had a great experience with the ordering and shipping process. Received just enough notification to keep me aware of the status of my order. Order arrived well packaged and in perfect shape. Easily planted in ground and the Meyer Lemon tree appears to be doing fine. Just purchased a Wisteria tree and Key Lime is next!

The tree I bought died. They honored the free replacement, but the replacement had a 3-month lead time, and no one told me that. I bought a blackberry bush, and it also had a 2-month lead time that no one told me about. I requested a refund and was refunded only the bush. Not the original tree purchase. I was super excited to start my fruit tree collection with Fast Growing Trees but will be shopping else ware now.

I ordered a tree over 4 months ago and I keep getting excuses. Why they cannot mail it? Also, they forgot to mail it and didn't even tell me.
Still waiting on my avocado tree for 4 months

I've used Fast growing trees for many different kinds of trees from evergreens, to maple, to Aspen! Each one comes well boxed and in excellent shape (even in the winter). Their trees are noticeably well taken care of and packaged for success. I'm chatted with their customer service on multiple occasions for questions about plantings, waterings, etc and they are amazing and helpful, not a robot, an actual person!

I already have more than 3 weeks waiting for my tree. And still has not been shipped. On web says you only need a coupke of days to be shipped

So far I've made two separate orders with Fast Growing Trees. Every plant I've received has arrived speedily and been of great quality. I've so appreciated the care taken to wrap and ship the plants in a manner that is protective and beneficial to the plants themselves. I do believe that I am a life-long customer!

I ordered two trees a month ago and have yet to receive them. When I ordered them I was told I'd get them last week. They fill my email inbox wanting me to buy more trees and other stuff from them. How about you guys just send me my order.

When not receiving all of my order, one phone call to a friendly representative was all it took to get it straightened out. I received my missing lilac in a matter of a few days, and it looks great!

I am starting a fruit tree orchard in our garden area. I ordered a "trial" tree purchase from FGT's. I was so pleased with the first tree being so well packed, and the tree was happy and healthy! I've made other purchases from FGT and am just as happy! Very Excited to get orchard going.

We received quality trees, packaged very well to maintain the care and viability of every one we purchased. They were all beautiful, came with care and planting instructions.

I ordered my tree nearly five weeks ago. I was told it would be delivered the week of Feb 15th. When it did not arrive, I chatted with somebody who said it did not pass your rigorous quality control standards (which I appreciate). I was told it would be shipped the first week of March. The order status still states "unfulfilled" yet I have received two emails asking about my shopping experience. I am disappointed in the lack of communication and updates about my order. If the tree does not arrive soon, I will request a refund.

I ordered 1 mini peach tree received 2 very satisfied I ordered 1pear tree and also received 2 very satisfied I also ordered 1 grape vine it don't seem to doing that good haven't gave up on it yet hope that it will come through soon

The plants and a tree came boxed/wrapped well. No damage to plants.
