I've ordered several evergreen trees over the years, and all have arrived quickly in perfect condition and grown well. I've never had a problem with any of them.

My Meyer lemon got cold in shipping and it lost all it leaves! The stem stayed green. I purchased grow lights and placed one on each side. It started sprouting new leaves almost overnight. Leaves are big, bright green and full! Renamed-HAPPY LEMON! Even sing the lemon song as I tend to it!

I will take the blame for this. I did not expect the severe frost we got soon after ordering the tree. Should have kept it in planter inside. That is why I did not file a replacement claim

Made it difficult to collect on warranty. Warranty did not cover full refund. Did not cover shipping costs I had to pay to receive the tree. Would not give any concession to a very long term customer who has purchased dozens of trees from you

I purchased fruit trees, they were packed with care and in great condition for me to over winter in a pot in the green house. Fast growing trees has a great resource to help care for your new trees! I just made another purchase for 2 more fruit trees! I couldn't be happier with this site and their array of not only fruit but ornamental and shade trees. My NEW FAVORITE SITE!

I'll give it a 90% survival rate for all the plants that I have purchased from this site. The ones that didn't make it died after the guarantee time given

The quality of the tree's I have received has been very good, the prices are reasonable and packaging and shipping are excellent. I have found it to be as reasonable overall as any of the local suppliers available and the choices are greater.

So much to choose from. Arives in great shape. My trees are doing great right out the box and keep growing with vigger after i planted them.

Everything I've ever bought from here has lived*, and I've ordered probably 70 trees.

*There was a situation with an olive tree, but I think it was my fault.

I purchased 3 citrus trees approximately 6 months ago. They are flourishing and I'm order more trees for Christmas and myself.

Once I received a broken tree. We were out of town and our caretaker for the house opened the box and the tree was broken. We're fairly sure it broke when the shipper dropped it off. I made one call, and by the time we got back from our vacation, the new tree had arrived.

Bought as a gift for friends? They received them good condition.

I ordered in 2024 for my landlady's property and then this year when I moved to a place of my own in another state and I can't imagine going anywhere else for my plant / landscaping needs

I was able to give a housewarming gift that was unique. They have a wide selection of plants to choose from and it great that the zoning graph helps decide what plants grow best and give options of plants that are unique.

The Japanese Silk tree was great. Arrived safely and well packed. Healthy. And we had high hopes for its flowers and the shade it would provide.
However, within one week of planting, deer ate it down to a stick. I chose this tree because one of the attributes listed on its page was deer resistance. Well, I figure this was probably true only if it could get to a point of flowering. With our aggressive deer population, it didn't have a chance.:-/

May try again...

In the past, purchased numerous trees & shrubs that are still thriving today. Only had one tree & a couple of shrubs that didn't adapt well, but the replacements are doing great.

Terrible experience with FedEx. Order shipped from NC to TX to CO to UT to AZ to house…. 6 days later than promised date. Drivers can't seem to read " this side up". Always a surprise when opening box. So far, all plants have survived despite poor handling by FedEx.

Bad, I have replaced two trees last year now I have to replace one this year. I bought them because you say deer do not like them.
