Grass seed advertised is 50% inert ingredients, seed test date label was covered over with newer date to cover label from 2022/3 years ago! Square footage coverage listed was 5000 sq. Ft. For a 7 lb bag. Grossly overestimated.

Placed two identical orders 2 weeks apart and had very different looking trees delivered. The first order had trees that were approximately 12" tall and the second order the same trees were approximately 3' tall, which is what I expected for all that were ordered.
I did contact customer service but was not given an adequate explanation or support. I have to live with what was delivered.

We ordered dwarf alberta spruce and are planting them in the ground soon. Very healthy and beautiful plants.

Virtually every item I purchased had some damage. Plants all seemed healthy but the last last order had both plants unsecured and the plants were barely in the containers

Trees arrived in awful condition due to fedex absolutely destroying the boxes. Trees were broken, even the bamboo supports were snapped in half. The rhododendrons were left on the driveway w/o any boxes due them all falling out of the crushed packages. 27 plants, every single one of them broken and damaged.

Rep was very knowledgeable and for questions she did not have an answer for, she contacted a fellow worker who had the answers

I ordered two rose trees and the way they ship them makes no sense at all. Needless to say, the package came destroyed. When they shipped the replacement products, they were delivered looking like they were in a war zone.

Bought the figs and blueberry and they came in great shape and are growing nicely

Shopping was great with photos, and the clementine plant arrived perfectly and has already flowered and bees have done their job. The Ice cream banana came with brown leaves and is basically dead even after being planted for two weeks.

I ordered this tree to replace a different species I had removed. The Muskogee Crepe Myrtle arrived healthy but in a dormant state. It has been in the ground for almost a month now. It has many sprouting leaves and is looking great. This is not my first purchase with FastGrowing Trees and I have never been disappointed.

I ordered two redbud trees in November. I believed they were dormant. They were thin sticks, but I had great hope for them this spring because this was not my first order with Fast Growing Trees, and I was very pleased with my other products. I have sent pictures and requested two replacements. I remain optimistic that this company will replace my trees and that the replacements will come in a far better condition.

Ordered a Red Sunset Maple tree, it arrived promptly. The tree is packaged well. Looking forward to watching it grow

Ordered six trees two arrived dead tried to get refund but has too aggravating will never shop here again

It's so nice to order a product that not only shows up expediently but is more than you expected. My avocado tree was that surprise.

I have ordered more items and I am excited to see what awaits me.

I purchased 6,3'-4' aborvities. The trees were the correct height however they looked like a sickly stick with absolutely no branches or any width to them. I called to voice my concerns and said that what I received did not look anything like the marketing material on the website. I was basically told sorry the trees were the correct height, and I was out of luck.

Bought Rhododendrons and was very pleased. Plants packaging was very good and they were in excellent condition. Planted them as soon as received and they are growing well. Will definitely buy here again.
