Bought $ 500 worth of plants, some plans are dead after after a month, send an email did not hear back, not sure if this company is for real or not
I placed an order and received a few of the plants I ordered. I inquired about the shipping dates of the remainder of the order and was given several future dates. Those dates came and went and I have not received the products. I inquired several more times and received more future dates which again have come and gone but I don't have my plants. The funds of course have already been deducted but no plants
Came in already pretty rough shape - hole in box which is not yalls fault but I believe it effected the plants travel life! Was half hanging on!
We ordered a Meyer lemon tree, a cherry tree and a lilac plant. Cherry tree and lilac came in great shape but the poor little lemon tree not so much. It was a lot worse from its travels. We're hoping it will survive and get better. Pretty rough right now.
So far we have not planted due to crazy warm then freezing days here and there. Everything shipped looks great so far. Thank you!

The first half of my order arrived and the plants were in great health and even had blooms already. The second half of my order was supposed to ship a couple of weeks later. When that time arrived, Fast Growing Trees let me know the plants needed a little more growing before shipping and gave me a new shipping date. They didn't just ship something that was not ready just because the date had arrived, but kept me informed of what they were doing and when I could expect me plants. When I opened the box my apple tree was broken in half. I sent a photo of the tree just after opening.
Ordered a citrus plant in December 2024 with expected arrival date of mid March 2025. Received email in early February 2025 stating weather conditions would delay order until March 26th 2025. Reached out at beginning of April 2025 after the delivery date had past and there were no updates either emailed to me or on my order page on the website and was informed the my estimated delivery date would be April 28th 2025. I understand that plants grow at their own pace, but I would like to at least be informed when my order is delayed by over a month. Still waiting.
Ordered product- was shipped once weather improved. Planted in a large pot for now- it will migrate to my yard within the next 2-3 years
Moorpark apricot tree had died within 3 weeks of planning contact the customer service they were fast acting and a replacement tree was sent and was playing at the same day it was received tree looks fantastic

Haven't received my bougainvillea standard that I ordered sometime ago.
I ordered a total of 12 trees. 8 showed up, in two different deliveries. 4 trees never showed up. I got emails asking to review the missing trees. I responded with they weren't received. Then I was told they were on there way. 2 weeks later still no trees. I ordered large trees so it was over $300 worth that I paid for but didn't receive.
On April 1st we received our Fuji apple tree. It was ordered as a 4-5' tree. It came loose in the packaging during shipment and was folded into 3 sections by the time it got to us with part sticking outside the box. We submitted the online form with pictures attached. Website states you will receive a reply with in 72 hours. Since we were at the 72 hour mark on Friday afternoon I called Fast Growing Trees and was unable to get anyone on the line to discuss the damaged tree. The filing number is *******. After reaching out again on April 5th using the online live chat I finally reached someone who quickly reviewed the claim and is sending a new tree. We have purchased about 30 trees and shrubs and only 1 has arrived damaged.
When we receive the tree, you should send out an enquiry after 2 months if everything was Ok. My tree that was shipped the second time also died. My gardener duf a big hole and made sure the tree was watered properly.
My breadfruit tree died I did I forgot my order number yet they found it and replaced with a new Breadfruit tree for me immediately. Daniel was the best

Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
