Batch of shrubs and a couple small live oak trees for prior address. All still living in spite of the occasional texas freezes.

I've bought several fruit trees and berry bushes with good results. I've lost one tree and one bush after the thrive guarantee. But, SIll continue to buy my trees and bushes from fast growing trees. Their customer service is on point.

My avocado tree lost all of it leaves only being i. My home for days after it was shipped. I am nervous about it actually fruiting and being alive

Well in a nutshell i bought a plum tree that was obviously sick with fungus or something. I was not able to get an exchange.
I requested a refund and there seem to be an issue with refunding me! I was very upset at one point. However, the situation was resolved. Ive been your customer for years!. Thank you!

I've now placed several orders over the last year and have been very pleased. A few issues with plants arriving in poor condition or incorrect items, but they have always been quick to resolve the issue! Very happy with the trees I've received this far and plan to order more in the future!

I enjoy shopping through this company and I've always gotten healthy plants but I do wish that the pricing was a little more affordable. I think more people would be willing to spend if the prices were somewhat decreased but I also understand that it's not cheap to run/maintain and nursery. I also dislike that FedEx is used as the carrier. They hold packages for days past their delivery date, disregard "fragile" and "this side up" on boxes and treat them like garbage (throwing boxes, stepping on them, crushing them etc) so it would be nice to have a carrier that cares more when deliver everyone's live plants.

Previously ordered this same tree. It died within 3-4 months. Was unable to get any response regarding the 1 year warranty, no redo and no replacement tree. If this occurs again I will definitely blast out to all my friends and family and neighbors not to purchase any products from this company or website! I am hoping that this was an oversight by your company and not a scam.

I have had several orders from you, all good and I am trying for a fruit orchard, BUT having a big problem with the deer and Japan needles killing the trees!

Plants were 50/50 on survival. Strawberry died, Cherry Tree arrived dead and raspberry not sure if it will make it.VdB fig. And Asian pear arrived later than expected and where told multiple times leading dates. Lemon tree, lime bush Cara Cara Orange are doing well.

Two out of 3 trees growing okay. The third.arrived As a stick and was dead. I have just placed the replacement order. Hoping the new one arrives alive.

I received a tree that I wasn't happy with and they replaced it with an even bigger tree. Other trees I've ordered are doing great, fruit and shade trees. Only thing I wasn't happy wit was an alligator fern, lots of brown on leaves.

The trees arrived in great shape and nicely packaged. They have been thriving very well for the last six months. Looking forward to see what they look like in a year time.

I've ordered multiple pines and shrubs from Fast Growing Trees. I've never been disappointed by the quality. They come very carefully shipped and healthy.

This is a good business, but not all will grow as expected. I'm hoping for the best this time the trees come in good shape. I guess it depends on your soil. I haven't had the best experience. I'm sorry to say I have to be honest.

One of the grafted trees I got from you guys was supposed to have multiple varieties of peaches. By the third year. When it finally started kicking out flowers and fruit, it was all the same variety. As a matter of fact, they didn't ripen until late September early October and they were all the same. However, the other grafted tree I got from you guys was top notch so I'm rolling the dice. Because the last grafted tree that was supposed to be peaches was at best mediocre caning peaches of one variety

Very convenient online shopping. Excellent selection of plants and trees. Good information package very useful to customers. Shipping has been an issue, though. Plants can arrive upside down, with damaged leaves and/or loose soil. Note that more often than not, once planted, plants recover very nicely.

I purchased a magnolia tree around 2 years ago from Fast Growing Trees, and it is thriving. This will be my third magnolia tree. The other two I purchased from local nurseries and swap meets died in the first year. I am super excited to see my tree remain healthy and grow to maturity.

Everything I have purchased here has exceeded my expectations. They were packed so carefully for shipping and arrived in near perfect shape. You all are my "go to" when I think about plants.
