Get a full refund. Very poor communication. I was told that my order would ship in no more than a few weeks and it's been months with no word. I've had to go out of my way to contact you guys, and I'm only ever told that my order hasn't shipped yet.
Warranty says they'll replace a dead tree, but when you try to get a replacement they'll tell you it's just shedding. Then when you keep emailing for your warranty they'll give you a store credit, not replacement. Store credit does nothing if you're going charge $20 for shipping.
My tree has no leaves, is very misshapen, and needs to be replaced.
All the trees and plants arrived in good condition. Since we ordered near the end of winter, there were no buds yet, which was expected. We were able to plant them quickly and found the care instructions sent via email extremely helpful, especially for guidance on planting and watering. A couple of months in, everything is thriving, and we're very happy with the entire experience.
The tree I bought (fig) arrived with a broken main branch, is not a healthy robust plant at all and probably isn't going to make it. Dead hollow branches as well. Also very small for a 3 gallon plant, Most of the roots were exposed. Should know better than to buy from a company on line, my mistake, will buy local in the future. Will not recommend you. I filled out one of these evals previously and did not hear from you. Probably won't again.
My 2 avocado and 1 lemon tree arrived in great condition. Already putting on new leaves within a month and also have some blossoms!
I ordered 5 Korean Lilacs. The plants arrived in great condition, packaged very well, and I am confident that they will survive and thrive. I am planting all 5 of them along a fence, one per 8 foot panel. 4 plants are very full and well shaped, while #5 is noticeably smaller, shorter, and not as full. I hope that the runt surprises me by catching up to the other 4 to create the best look.
It's the first of April. These trees standing tall three weeks later and showing great promise. Trees are everything they promised. Hydrangeas are nestled so sweetly in their beds and doing what wee ones doo... sleep. They've doubled in height and I can see they want to be like the other pretty girls real soon. Looks like upside-down ring toss was played with the shipment. Very appreciated at the placement of zip tie at the base of the tree. I think it is the only reason the tree is still alive. I gently arranged the dirt in the container moved it by a grow light and gave it some water. Most of the leaves have fallen off but it is still hanging on. Once the weather breaks and I can move it to the garden for the summer it will rebound and do fine.
I ordered a lemon tree for my wife as a gift. It said it would ship week of April 2. Week came and went and no update. I had to call and ask where it was. I had to wait on hold for 40 minutes only to be told it would "hopefully" ship "this month". Just gross!
Tree came without any leaves, branches dry. I have planted it with large water basin created of top rich black soil, regular watering schedule. I am in Florida. Not a single bud or leaf so far. I will need a refund for this one.

The packaging is very good at keeping tree damage free upon arrival.
I received the bush I ordered and had my husband plant it. Hopefully it will bring the butterflies to my home and I will enjoy watching them blossom.

The buying process was fine but how can I rate my overall experience before my plants have arrived?
Plant arrived as described but the notifications on when it was expected to arrive were confusing. Fortunately, it arrived after I originally expected but my neighbors were watching carefully when I thought it was going to arrive sooner. Plant seems healthy although we had a weird cold snap which meant I had to bring it into the screened in patio so there are a few yellowish leaves. Warming up now so it will get more time in the sun. Pollinator plant suggested on the site for this tree is another avocado (Hass) tree - not planning to buy a different avocado varietal but hopefully it will still bear fruit.
Answer: Cancel your order now before it's too late, go to a local nursery and save yourself some money and unwarranted aggravation, these folks are not honorable.
Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
