I ordered a fig a s pomegranate tree, the fig didnt have any leaves and was priced double than that at local hardware, even with the discount, The pomegranate took more than a month to deliver. I ordered a similar pomegranate which was larger and cheaper than this one

Every tree we received was packed well ready to play my and took off as soon as they were potted. They are thriving.
I ordered a total of 36 trees and they all are thriving now. The order process was easy, customer support excellent, and the trees survived the shipping. I have no complaints about the company, but if I could give FedEx are rating it would be minus 1000. The driver declined to move them into my driveway, dropped the packages carelessly from the truck and set them upright next to my gate. As a result many of the trees had lost soil from their pots and looked a little beat up. Tree company great. Shipping company terrible.
I call my little tree my "Rudi tree" as planted it in pot with my late dog's ashes under it. Tree although looking small at the time I received for the money, has sprouted out and looking really good.
The trees arrived in good shape. I planted them in the spots I chose with ease. The instructions were very clear. They are growing well. I had to guard then with deer fence and spray. The deer did eat a few blossoming flowers of the Cherokee Brave Dogwood, but hopefully it will survive and continue to grow.
1st year with musa basjoo I ordered, followed all instructions for winterizing plant and thought I would find signs of life by now on may 1st in zone 6... my fear is that it died?

One of my trees arrived sticking out of the shipping container and very curved. I contacted customer service and was told that it should straighten up which it had and growing very nicely.
Had a cold hard avacado tree the was less then year old. It died and Fast going trees after seeing photo gave me full credit

When I received them, all I got was a stick in a smashed pot of dirt- not one leaf on the plant- there is no way they would ever be okay for a gift, or even have any fruit this season, if they survive -

I was very happy with my order. However, when planting one of my trees, a main root broke off.it was right at the soil line. When I let customer service know they had me send a photo and PROMPTLY replaced the damaged tree! All the trees I've planted are doing extremely well. I will be ordering more as my landscaping continues. Thank you FGT for everything.
I ordered a blueberry bush as part of the buy one get one. Right after I placed my order I realized that the BOGO didn't work. I immediately emailed asking for help to either cancel it or change it to add the BOGO. I never received a response despite being told someone did respond. I don't know where or how they sent the response because I never got it. Also, there response was how to do a BOGO properly and DID NOT help me with either of my requests. Your products are expensive so getting the BOGO would have made me feel better about purchasing. But no one seems to care. If it's truly a BOGO, you could have sent me the other blueberry bush for free.

Answer: Cancel your order now before it's too late, go to a local nursery and save yourself some money and unwarranted aggravation, these folks are not honorable.
Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
