Great trees and fast delivery with superb packaging. Will continue to order again.

My item was supposed to ship 1 month after I paid for the order. One month and a day later, I was told that I would have to wait a few more weeks. I requested an immediate refund and got the refund on my account 7 days later.

Trees arrived in bad condition after 8 days getting here I have contacted the company over and over again and only receive form letter replies Do NOT buy from this company

I purchased a Ruby Grapefruit tree for my parents that never arrived, and they gave me store credit only for the cost of the tree, not the shipping. To re purchase a new tree, I had to pay an additional $27.77 for shipping which seems very unfair. Poor customer service.

Arrived on time and is already covered in leaves. I don't have anything else to say but they made me put at least 50 things so I am just talking now great service great tree

I ordered three trees recently and two of the trees had broken branches. I am hoping that it does not affect their growth.

I've ordered blueberry and raspberry bushes and was totally pleased! Ordered 4 trees (spent $500) and one came damaged and not in good condition. Reached out and haven't heard a thing back, disappointing but hoping they respond to me soon?

I love working with growing trees. The only thing that upset me a little is the way in which they were delivered. The delivery person did not take care with them instead of setting them as it said on the box they were just thrown on the ground. All plants are healthy and happy.

Ordered over 20 plants only had 2 actually arrive at my house. The rest were either damaged and returned (never got a replacement) or were delivered to some other location. I contacted FGT and was basically met with "not our problem" attitude. It's a shame my first couple experiences were good but I highly doubt I'll ever shop with them again!

When I purchased the trees, they were clear they wouldn't deliver them until June to Pittsburgh. I bought the trees in March. I called and asked why they wanted to hold the order that long and got no answer. If the trees come in june, it will be in the beginning of the hot dry summer and, missing the spring rains to get it established will require me to be very diligent with watering for 4 months to get them through the summer.

Because my desired order was for a few trees that regionally had a cold-weather warning, a customer service person was super helpful in scheduling the order and delivery. It worked out great and both trees arrived in perfect condition.

I bought a couple plants that died after planting.
1 day I received an email asking me how they were doing. I was told the plants would be replaced and they were. I was amazed that I did not have to initiate a request for replacement with other nurses you have to beg to make cloud happen.

I was sent three green arborvitae's this spring. Two are doing very well, but one has appeared to die in several parts of the bush that are not coming back, it seems. It looks quite bad.

Everything I purchased is dead but the $#*! willow. The lavender, lilac tree and clematis. I purchased all the plants again at Costco and Sky Nursery on Seattle. Those purchases are growing beautifully.

This company makes shopping for trees and shrubs so easy. A lot of people like that one on one connection when shopping at their neighborhood nursery. But Fast growing trees has found a way to still get you that experience. They helped me pick out the perfect tree for my yard, and have been helping through its growth as I don't really have a green thumb. They want you to succeed with your plantings long after the sale. They value their reputation and go above and beyond to make sure their trees are happy in your yard and you are a happy customer. I will definitely buy from them again.

Our raspberry bush arrived upside down and the main stem was broken in half. We took the advice to allow it a couple of days to recover. We then planted it per the instructions and it died within 24 hours. It never recovered at all.

Not happy. Sold me a dead Cherry Tree and tried to make me take pictures, and fill out forms. Your one year warranty sucks..

Second year that we have ordered fruit trees Fast-Growing-Trees. They arrive securely packed and in great condition. Our apple trees from first year's order are growing well.

My grow area Is hard to define. We are far NW-US but home is also in a micro-climate. I thought I would try to grow a cold tolerable avocado. It arrived very healthy looking but had some brown 'holes' in the a few leaves. Almost like worms were devouring. But I never found any insects. I tried soda water & removed leaves thinking maybe it was fungus, but it continues to deteriorate. I am hoping it can still be saved.

Our dogwood arrived in good condition and appears to have taken well to its chosen spot in our yard.
