Such a great selection of specimen plants, Yup there are pricy to purchase, but the selection of plants blows away all competitor's. I've ordered many plants over the years, all but a few are still growing, the ones that died were either replaced or money refunded, no hassles.

I love this site. It tells me what I can order in my zone, how big it will get and the variety is great. I've had success with azaleas and blueberry bushes so far.

We have ordered 5 apple trees and 2 pears trees. We had a pear tree to die and they replaced it no problem. Great company.

Trees arrived just fine. I planted them right away. Did everything as instructed. Out of $2700 worth of trees I have 1 that is doing well. The rest all died. I bought the extra insurance this time.

Bought two cryptomeria bushes. Forgot to apply the discount code on my purchase, Israel helped me out super fast. Got the bushes today, both are in excellent condition.

Everything is done with the personal care in sending the trees.

I ordered Arbor Vitae during a BOGO offer with a shipping deadline one week later. Trees did not arrive on time so used a different vendor. Called and tried to cancel but was told they were jut shipped that day and thy have a no cancellation policy. The trees arrived 10 days later but I refused delivery and asked for refund; reported to my CC company. 2 weeks later received notification of shipping... arrived 2 weeks later; again refused delivery. CC company investigated saying delivery of product was confirmed, denying my claim. COST: $184.91
I do not have the product. I do not want your product, now, or anytime in the future. How is this service and satisfaction?

Purchased 20 Leland Cypress, within five years they were all 20 feet tall. Purchased a willow tree, perfect specimen. I have no complaints about any of the products that I've bought.
