I planted immediately, the directions said NOT to fertilize upon planting, so I didn't with the first one. However, I decided to add BioTone when I planted the second one three weeks later. We have had an awful dry and hot summer season, I have watered every day and fertilized 4-6 weeks. The first plant is turning brown…. Everywhere. The second plant looks great. Unsure if it is adjusting to a new environment, the stress of a super dry and hot area. My plants get sun and shade. I am hoping these two new plants will do better planting at the end of summer.

I ordered and received a Jane Magnolia. It came well wrapped, and altho it had some droopy leaves, I expect it to thrive! I've potted it and it's doing well so far (1 whole day!) I'm wondering about the trunk, which is healthy, but is 'speckled', which is like no other magnolia that I have. Could be a type that blooms in the cooler weather of SC. I'm about 2 miles from the beach. If no flowers, at least I'll have an adorable little tree. Also came with a small offshoot, which I've also potted up! So happy! I've just ordered another tree!

Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
