Fast Growing Trees satisfactorily resolved my issue with a previous purchase.

Issues with new trees dying and I receive good feedback on what to do to correct this.

The products are fantastic and arrive healthy and well cared for. Their guarantees are remarkable. Their customer service is always friendly and prompt. Highly recommend. I've bought around a hundred trees and plants from fast growing trees and they are always phenomenal.

Fast shipping and plants arrived in great condition even with the hot temps

Bought a group of 4 lavender and 2 died which could not be replaced due to being out of stock. I received a discount code for my next purchase but would rather they have credited my card.

When there's an issue with a plant they are quick and courtesy enough to address the issue…only concern is the plant care reps sometimes don't think outside the box and just give you the standard reason for a plant that struggles…sometimes you can follow all instructions but the plant just won't thrive…. With that said fast growing trees will come through to the satisfaction of the costumer

So far trees are growing well. Healthy and well packaged plants in safe containers. No damage on delivery.

They send me different crape myrtles recently. I had to wait till today to get the gift card. Its so frustrating that crape myrtle I got has a different bloom.

The plants are great! Strong and just as advertised. Shipping takes a while (ok, I get it) and communication could be more plentiful.
