My plants arrived damaged, I took pictures. The stalks were broken and the plants became un-potted and soil was all over inside the box. I immediately contacted you all and FGT kept giving me the runaround. They said plant them anyway and see how they do. I did. Only one survived. The others withered away into sticks. I was told from the beginning if they don't grow, FGT would make it right. So I contacted FGT and let them know only one survived. I then got a major runaround AGAIN to replace the ones that didn't survive. FGT acted like they shipped me a 40k dollar car and I wanted the car for nothing. As a result of the hassle I received just to have replaced what didn't survive the shipping and transplant, I will never nor anyone I know will ever do business with FGT again. Even though I was shipped replacement plants in the end, it didn't happen without the ridiculous back and forth hassle even though the plants were damaged and went through shock as a result.

We have ordered several trees and berry plants from Fast Growing Trees. Only 1 of them had an issue, and the warrenty was honored. We will be ordering many, many more over the years to come!

Label your trees more carefully as alot of time and energy is wasted for trees in which your don't really order
Received all items in great shape. Each had planting instructions. Some of them are in the ground for a couple of years and they're doing very well.
I had a small problem with one tree…after I produced details, they quickly replaced the bad tree
I'm still waiting to see if they will survive, but my roses came wrong side up and damaged. I believe this is more of a shipping issue but it needs to be addrresse
