Great customer service. Trees are beautiful delivered to my door.

So I've bought a bunch of items here based on the convenience factor and pricing — requires patience and proper expectations that you are buying smaller, early growth plants due to that smaller shipping size so you need to know it's gonna be a year+ before you start seeing the kind of results. Also, because of the smaller sizing, you will be tempted to plant things closer together but the sizing guides are correct — too close and you'll be replanting things in future seasons

Trees arrived healthy. Great experience. Can't wait to get them in the ground and watch them grow.

I received the delivery quickly. One of the trees was slightly bent (possibly in transit) so I have staked it to help straighten it out. I'm sure it will be fine…

Poor. Should be more precise with product pictures online. Show a fully grown tree, if you wish, but show what will be shipped for the varying size and height as well.

I have ordered roses, lilacs and a lemon tree. They always come on time and they are very healthy.

Accurate and informative - Shipping was fast. The Oklahoma Redbud that I ordered came in the same box as my Kieffer Pear and had lost all but 5 leaves during the shipping due to the incompetence of Fedex in its handling. A long narrow box with a heavy pot at each end will act like a dead body wrapped in a rug when some one tries to carry it which bends in the middle and forces the trees to bend and rub against each other, knocking off whatever leaves are on the trees. I would suggest either a wider long box with the pots on the same end for safer shipping of the 5 foot and taller trees if more than one is in each box. The pear tree came in nicely with lots of leaves and new grow and the Redbud (which was in the same box) came in with most all of the leaves knocked off and a couple of broken limbs with a couple of dozen leaves laying separately in the box. The redbud looks like it will recover nicely and already has new vegetative buds and flower buds starting after only a couple of days.

The plant was shoved in a garage for 3 weeks while I was gone, I opened the box to 3 blooms.

Love your products I purchased two dollar trees on the last year. It was two for two for two anyway, but they all died on Mail did wrong but if you have something at a lower rate or you know a refund or something, I don't know I would appreciate it And your input thank you bye I I truly want some olive trees in my house. I had a meringue tree that died. I don't know why, but I have a fig tree that I have figs on. I bought two lemon Meyer lemon trees up by Lawrence tree I have no oranges, but I've had quite a few lemons thank you but I love your products and send me a message or a text. Let me know how I can get some more oil trees that are cheaper right or something thank you bye

I purchased 3 emerald evergreens which popped up in for my zone. When they died on me twice no cs rep brought up that they don't grow in my zone. The cs rep person was rude.
