One tree looks like it will make it, I don't think the other one is going to.
I ordered 4 red buds, 2 died within a week due to massive cutting of root system. Received refund on first tree. Received replacement on second tree. It has 50/50 chance of survival.

FedEx failed twice and shipping of plants. First time FedEx handle the plans very badly, resulting in for broken plants. Fast growing trees replace all four plants without additional cost. Great customer service. The second shipping again was handled by FedEx. FedEx failed to deliver plants in a timely fashion. Due to FedEx handling of the plants, the plants were without light or water for eight days. Hopefully the plants will survive, but based on how fast growing trees took care of the first shipment; i'm sure fast growing trees warranty within a year will be honored. I am very happy with a great customer service of fast growing trees
This is my second order. Plants arrive healthier than other growers and arrive faster
The trees are of good quality. I still think they are overpriced though. I do like being able to find small trees, but there have been many times I have closed out of my cart because of the prices.
In this order are shrubs that I am replacing from my first order. I have some plants that I currently still have that do not look well but I am still trying with them. I had one version of plant that none of them made it, and no I am not replacing all of those.

I purchased 6 periwinkles. 3 look great. 3 are more clover than periwinkle. By the time I remove the clover there's barely any periwinkle.
Still waiting for a plant i ordered in june. Kind hard to give a positive review on an expensive plant when I wont receive until October after most of colorados 1st freeze date hits. Even though it will be going into a heated place hopefully it survives the trip.

I ordered and received sad looking excuse for a silver maple. I paid WAY TOO MUCH MONEY for what was supposed to be a tree; a sad looking stick with half brown leaves and the other half of the leaves had holes in them- like from bugs. Too say the least, I was very disappointed. When I notified the company, they told me to send pictures. It was too late by then; I removed the bad leaves and planted the stick to give it a chance. No progress to report yet😞
We ordered sugar and spice thuja trees. Excellent condition and found the customer service wonderful. Except one lady did not speak English well and did not understand my questions. I ended the call and got another person who helped.

Initially, my concern was these are too small to make it, WOW was I wrong! With daily watering (as we are in a drought) using your fertilizer 2 x a month, they are robust, firmly rooted. Looking forward to spring.

Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
