Some of the plants were skecheyat first but with a little babying they snapped out of it and were fine.

A portion of my order was apparently damaged in transit and wasn't delivered. Was willing to wait for another order which customer service set up. But after I made three calls over weeks and they still weren't shipped, I canceled my order. The tree that I did receive.was extremely root bound and is struggling to survive.

All of the plants arrived packed well, quickly, and very healthy.

You return to an online nursery to shop if they weren't excellent the 1st time!

Tree arrived in good shape. Very healthy. It is growing and continues to be healthy.

Mostly good, orders can arrive disheveled, not packed tightly enough, or dry to touch, other times the packing is perfect.

I have bought a few trees and they always arrive fast and healthy.

One is doing great, but the rest are just okay. It is hard to reach them with the garden hose and it's impossible to get to them at the back and downhill from our property. We don't have a 4 wheeler, yet.

I bought a clementine tree to have indoors, and immediately put it in a south facing window. As I live at altitude, the tree got scorched so I loved it and ended up overwatering. Fast growing trees worked with me to save it, and when that ultimately failed, they sent me a new one! I learned from past mistakes and this one already has new growth! Can't wait to get fruit eventually!

Very fast accurate service Tree came in a given time Delivery driver did not read instructions on the box and stood the tree end to end it was spilled the dirt out but it was otherwise packed very well

I have tons of FastGrowingTrees plants in my yard; evergreens, pollinator plants, hummingbird candy, fruit trees, flowering trees, etc. Way too many to name! And each one is a beautiful and unique specimen. People are always stopping and commenting on our yard and gardens, so thank you FGT!

I had a shipment get lost in transit then was asked to prove it which I don't know how you prove that you did not get something then I was told they could not send replacements and would only give me store credit for plants I ordered in bulk and received a discount for which I find very unhonest if it was not my fault plants were lost why would I not receive my money back, you did not deliver on something I purchased from you? I think that warrants a refund. Then the plants I did receive they all had broken branches all looked ill I was so very disappointed and now I have multiple plants that are not doing well which makes sense since they didn't look great when I got them. We'll see if I receive replacements or refunds because so far the this company has just been a gross disappointment I definitely would recommend people not to order here even though I am being forced to again because I have a large credit for money they will not give me back.

Tree arrived in a timely matter and as of today it is still thriving

When sadly half my trees died, I assumed I would not get free replacements due to loopholes or whatever. Not the case, the crew at fastgrowingtrees got my replacements right out, and I only paid for shipping. Very impressed with the process and my new batch of trees are doing well.

I received a lovely little lemon tree for Mother's Day 2025. I cannot believe that just a few short months later, my lovely little tree is covered with tiny lemons! I'm SO impressed!

I always go to fast growing trees for my arbervites.for some reason, I always have one or two that don't survive.
