I am very pleased and impressed with the ease of ordering, the communication and status of my order, the speed in which I received my order and the exceptional condition of the tree/shrub upon receipt (Coral Crape Myrtle & Nellie Stevens Holly Shrub). Both actually had flowers on them, and the crape myrtle has sprouted another one. I received them 5 days ago and planted both 4 days ago. I will definitely recommend FastGrowingTrees to others and will not hesitate to purchase online from FGT in the future.

I got someone else's trees along with mine. The easy part was I didn't have to send anything back. They said just keep them. One I've planted, the other I have no desire for. My trees looked bad when they arrived with broken branches and brown leaves. However, since planting them and cutting back a little they have bounced back. It was a mixed experience. I probably won't do it again.

The CS experience was excellent and the suggestions and recommendations were very helpful. However the replacement shrub arrived very loosely packed in soil and showed more symptoms of stress with brown tips on the shrub. Some surface roots were exposed all around the top base. Shipment seemed to take 2 days longer than expected in a very hot box

Ordered a tree that arrived with box caved in, tree completely out of container with roots displaced and dry. Therefore when planted all the leaves had fallen off and wasn't sure it would live. It is coming back slowly but overall disappointed in tree. For the price I paid I could have gotten one locally in much better size and condition.
Plants are always healthy upon arrival. I am very careful to see what plants will thrive in my zone, and anticipated some direction upon my order. I was really disappointed to find that the shrubs that I ordered may not thrive in my zone. 😔
I ordered a 6ft avocado tree. I got a 6ft avocado twig. I contacted customer service to let them know I was not happy with what I received as it looked nothing like the picture I ordered and believed I was getting. Customer service didn't care. They said the picture was of a mature tree. I think y'all need to do a better job of showing pictures of what is actually being ordered. Feels like false advertising.
It was a hot, dry summer, a bad one for planting new shrubs. But we planted our junipers and watered them faithfully and they survived this harsh summer.
Of the two recently received trees only one is seemingly surviving. I'll be using the 60day guarantee in next few days to receive a new Apricot tree in spring. Too late here to try and start one now. Fall plants don't survive here through winters

Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
