Had one of the many trees I planted die. It was a very simple process to exercise the warranty.
I ordered a spruce tree and some other ever green trees.The spruce tree was stiff and dried out when I got it all needles fell off in a week. Other trees are doing great looked good when received still great. My spruce got replaced opened the box half of it was burned looking almost three weeks later not doing g any better. I was told not to worry it would perk up... still waiting. The rest of the order looked great. No luck with the spruce.

About a week ago, after I complained, they said they would be able to send a smaller tree. I told them that was not good enough. Then I got an email saying that they would ship the original order by tomorrow. I do not believe them. I will never buy from this company again. The customer service is abysmal. Be warned, they do not do what they promise.

Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
