I ordered 2 plants and I wasn't told it would took a month to get, I had to cancel and I didn't get any. The plant that came on time was smaller than I expected

Had one of the many trees I planted die. It was a very simple process to exercise the warranty.

I ordered a spruce tree and some other ever green trees.The spruce tree was stiff and dried out when I got it all needles fell off in a week. Other trees are doing great looked good when received still great. My spruce got replaced opened the box half of it was burned looking almost three weeks later not doing g any better. I was told not to worry it would perk up... still waiting. The rest of the order looked great. No luck with the spruce.

Not so good. My trees. The leaves already turned brown. Watered every 3 or 4 days

I've ordered in the past and had a good experience. We lost one tree and were able to get a replacement. Thank you!

Somewhat frustrating; unable to find the type of tree that I want & can be shipped to CA

I've purchased a variety of plants, including Meyer, lemon purple coneflower and lavender. I also have purchased products to help. Keep all my plants healthy, and I am never disappointed.

I order 40 of the fast growing privacy blocking. The spent 8 days in a box mid summer shipping they arrived looking gloomy, 28 of them have died. They were very small, too small, just tree clippings. I root pod to them.

The trees I have purchased over the years have all thrived, and are still growing

I ordered a Dogwood on the 12th July for a memorial at the end of July. They have strung me along, and to date, we have not received the tree. About a week ago, after I complained, they said they would be able to send a smaller tree. I told them that was not good enough. Then I got an email saying that they would ship the original order by tomorrow. I do not believe them. I will never buy from this company again. The customer service is abysmal. Be warned, they do not do what they promise.

I ordered and received my chocolate Mimosa tree. It arrived beautifully and was growing perfectly. Unfortunately, after a few weeks, the Deers decided to eat my tree. I will order another one because it was absolutely beautiful.

Love the fact they ship to my home! Great service! I have purchased at least 20 plants.

Got 4 maple trees and they are doing quite well. Growing as expected

This is my 4th round of ordering trees. My experience has been exceptional. Customer service has been great too!
