I ordered same type of tree before. It has done well, so I came back to order 2 more. They arrived in good shape and seem healthy. Have not had cooperative weather to plant yet.
My trees arrives in great condition and after being planted are thriving after only 1 week. I just ordered several more trees to build my privacy perimeter around my home.

Trees were uprooted from containers and snapped in Fe ex threw the box on my porch and ran back to their truck. Fast growing trees wont return my calls or answer my e-mails. No customer service at all. Will never buy again from these crooks.

Plant arrived uncared for/no pruning and after the scratch test was assessed as dead... BUT customer service (ELVIS) handled the situation very proficiently. NEVERTHELESS receiving this product was VERY DISAPPOINTING.

I bought two Russian Pomagrantes last year, they don't look so good. I've ordered a Japanese ornamental which I haven't received so I reserve comment.
I was somewhat disappointed, I wanted to surprise my wife with the tree but when we received them, they are dead and were cut in a kind of funny way, it's hard to explain, we're giving them the benefit of the doubt, followed the instructions and planted them but we're not holding any hope.

I ordered over 500.00 in trees and expected them to be as advertised, healthy an well shipped in the pot to minimize root damage. They were not. They also were not healthy at all, several of them are under nourished, not fed proper nutrients, discolored in leaves that are falling off. My olive tree was covered in mold an the tip is completely yellowing an dying. They were sent with too many in the box an damaged as well, the replacements sent were small and just as poor quality, under nourished as originals and the lemon tree was very small that replaced the original that got damaged in shipping. Would not recommend and will be looking at other nurseries for future purchases.
Haven't plant the trees yet. But they all look pretty good. The service is excellent! Very clear and detailed instruction with each plan we bought. Will buy more trees from them.
