Great service, great packaging, but the tree only lasted a week.It came pakaged very well, but had black spots on the leafs.One by one they have all fell off.

Order process was easy. Able to talk to person. Trees arrived on time, in good shape, and they are in larger pots, till able to plant into the ground. The trees are actually growing new leaves already, and the leaves that were a little tired from the trip, are shaping up nicely.
... Meyer lemon tree arrived promptly and in perfect condition. Given the instructions suggest replanting in first week, Id recommend purchasing the pot and soil at same time. Otherwise arrives in standard florist black plastic pot. Bought as a gift and recipients LOVED it. Will keep indoors until Spring decides to show up

From the website to discussion with the sales person to delivery and follow up this tree buying experience was first rate. The website was well designed and informative; the sales staff was knowledgeable, courteous, and most helpful; the delivery was expeditious; and the planting and growing directions were clear and complete. The price was good and the trees arrived healthy and in good shape.
The tree arrived in excellent condition. As soon as it was received, I unboxed it (easily done), and transplanted it according to on-line instructions. Even though the sun in St. George, UT is somewhat lessened due to daily Solar Radiation Mitigation efforts, the tree almost immediately started sending out new leaves.
The tree I ordered came well enough. On time and alive. So that part of the service was great. I also liked the included directions, tag on the tree and easily bought accessories for planting a tree. I was disappointed with the size of the pot for the size of the tree. The roots were growing back onto themselves which Ive read can choke a tree as it matures. I will look to buy a younger tree next time probably not potted because of this disappointing aspect. I dont expect that all trees are the same and so would like to know in the directions that what Im doing is right for the tree I ordered, such as conditions and soil that are best and how to know/link to that info. I would recommend their service depending on someones goals who asked me specially if I find they have improved the areas of my concern.

The plants I received were beautiful, unfortunately they didn't survive I'm sure through something I did or didn't do right. I had purchased the replacement plan just in case and Fast Growing honored the insurance quickly and thoroughly,.
