To be fair, the twigs had been shipped all the way across the country. The ad said 1-2 tall trees. They were all on the slim side of 1. The cheap containers which held their roots had broken and become disheveled leaving bare roots and dirt spilled all over the large box they were all in. They looked like dry, sparse and sad twigs. My neighbor and I were laughing as I planted them in my yard. I really hope they dont die before they grow. Lesson learned: but plants locally!
The tree was poorly packaged and in rough shape when it showed up, and the order didn't include the purchased pot or gift card. Definitely wouldn't purchase from this store again.
I received my tree on a very short time. It was freezing outside and the tree was very cold. I hoped it wouldn't be sent into shock. So far so good. It has blooms, some which are fertilized and hopefully will be lemons. I love the fragrance most of all.

We ordered 3 wisteria to go with one we already had on a pergola. They were about 2 1/2 feet tall or so after planting with tiny little leaf buds on the sticks. Within 10 days they were producing about 7 inches of new growth including many flower buds. Cant wait for all the blooms to come out. Very pleased.

Both aloe trees were as it someone has taken pieces of of them and the banana trees leafs were dead on arrival. The way were delivered was a complete mess. I had to reroot all 4 plants
I ordered a purple hydrangea for my husband's aunt. It was quick and easy to pick it out and place the order. A couple of weeks later it arrived. It was packed in a box to protect it. It was already in full bloom and very beautiful. There were clear instructions on how to plant and care for it. She loved it and we were pleased at how it arrived and looked. On a sidenote my uncle ordered a hydrangea for me with different colors from a different company. It arrived in a plastic envelope that was stuck in his mail box. It is small and far from blooming. I would definitely choose to order from Fast Growing Trees again.

One of my trees was damaged in shipping and a replacement tree was sent immediately to replace it. I was able to report the damage easily on their site and I just took pictures of the damaged tree and the box. My trees came on a weekend but on the next business day a reply to my email was sent along with shipping information for a replacement tree.
Thank you for replacing the tree Fex ex left outside in the snow. Box said. Lay flat. They left it standing. Please make sure you tell Delivery people what to do with your Live trees/Plants... My new one is Beautiful!
All 12 thujas came in a a box that weighed 18 lbs total. Extremely small trees. Not even close to 1 to 2 feet tall. They lied about when they were going to ship the trees. Took way longer to ship than they said.
We ordered two windmill palms to flank our front door. One was taller than the other and a bit fuller. I would have liked them to be more the same size but other than that, I think they will do well.
The leaves of my Myer Lemon has some kind of fungus or insect infestation. They are crumpled and a few have holes in them at the bottom of the plant. The top leaves (new growth) look lovely. There was a label on the box that it had been inspected and okay. I don't see how that could have happened? Plus it would be nice to have planting instructions with shipment, not having to go on line.
