I got to many emails and my tree is already dead and now I'm told how long my review has to be. See Bothersome.

Received an order early in April. The Crepe Myrtle is doing well. The Chinese Pastache tree has not done anthing. No greening, no bud development. An inquiry resulted in a response to wait another month. Having worked with hibernating plants before, my opinion is the tree is dead. It does not look like the company is in any hurry to help.

I recently ordered four apple trees for my elderly mother as a birthday gift. I intended to plant the trees in her yards so she could enjoy seeing the abundant wildlife in the area. Three of the four trees arrived in very good condition, however the forth (a pink lady) arrived in poor shape. Since planting, the three healthy trees have flourished while the forth appears dead.

I got a 2 year grape vine from them. It came very thin. You can tell it is in its first year but when i emailed customer service, this is the reply I got: "We don't normally guarantee the height on gallon plants only the root stock. I hope it will grow well and thrive for you." Basically they don't stand behind their product when it is not up to standard.

A must buy for plant lovers! I ordered an avocado since no where local had them or could order them. Easy to find plants with tons of options!

We have bought trees in the past and were very happy with them. We purchased and planted 4 trees this past fall and, unfortunately, none of them survived. Fast-Growing-Trees responded to our email within 1 day and has already shipped replacement trees. Very impressive customer service!

I ordered 2 small Dynamite Crape Myrtles a few months ago. The ordering process was quick and easy. My trees arrived as expected and the company was great about communicating with me through the process. My trees have been in the ground for about a month now. They are healthy and growing like crazy. I am so thrilled with my purchase and will be purchasing again for sure.

The trees arrived very quickly to my surprise. Some of the tree pots were broken during shipment. I lost one tree possibly due to that. The others so far seem to be doing fine.

I Ordered bunch of tree, by the time the tree gets to my house. 5 of the tree Died. Im very Disappointed. I try to Safe the tree, but its too late.

Ordered the Meyer Lemon tree and was very impressed with the tree when it arrived. The tree was in excellent condition, the leaves were not even wilted or anything. Could not have been more satisfied, Thank You very much for the beautiful plant.

All trees were healthy and strong, and arrived in excellent condition. I was kept informed of the progress of my order. Two weeks later, all of them are doing great.

I immediately unpacked my four trees the same day they arrived. Two had some brown areas. One has brown on all of one side. I watered them and repotted them in slightly larger pots in hopes they would recover. I am still waiting. I have not seen any changes so far. I also paid to insure the plants. How long should I wait?

Trees came packaged very well to prevent damaging. Both trees are now putting out new growth. One is a bit slower in putting out new leaves than the other but I expect it will catch up. It remains to be seen if these are true Hong Kong Orchard trees which don't put out those annoying seed pods. But I expect and hope that this tree company knows what a true HK Orchard tree is!

Ordered 18 Shooting Star Junipers. Shipping trees from South Carolina to Washington State was a new experience for me. They arrived in less than a week, the soil in each pot still damp. They dont seem to have suffered greatly, one trees top was broken.

Very pleased They kept me updated the whole time the weather was too cold where I live so they held off on my order until the weather was just right for me to plant them When the plant finally arrived they looked awesome did not even look stressed

Tree was delivered as promised and in excellent condition. Tree is planted and is surviving so far. Will know for sure in 30 days.
