Both magnolia trees arrived in good condition and are thriving with the cool spring we have experienced. I also ordered a Chinotto orange tree last year that has 15 oranges this spring. I will definitely order again.
Some things were smaller than what I was expecting, but arrived in good condition. We already have blackberries, (delicious). We also are getting pink lemonade blueberries already, but they are not ready yet. Nothing else has fruited yet. The two apple trees and two pear trees came in only burlap bags with soil. In Oklahoma, the weather for the whole month of April was 10-20 degrees colder than normal with winds up to 60 miles per hour, changing directions frequently. Therefore, we were delayed getting things planted. It would have been much easier to deal with the four apple and pear trees if the roots were in a container instead of a burlap bag of soil. But, everything has worked out and is even starting to do well. Praise The Lord!

Fast-Growing-Trees had all information necessary to choose the proper trees for my agricultural zone, as well as easy-to-use charts for cross-pollinators. Trees shipped on-time, and arrived in great shape. Prices were fair compared to competitors, and trees are growing well after two months. Definitely purchasing additional trees, probably early Spring 2019.
We ordered some trees from you in April, and have been thrilled with our purchase. The trees arrived in good shape, and although small, have really taken off, with the wetter than normal spring we have had. The avocado tree is a stick with no leaves. The lemon tree looks better, though. I bought these trees for my daughter and we are both rather disappointed with their appearance. Doubt whether we will get any fruit from them.
Both items purchased died with 90 days. One plant seemed much smaller than I thought was being delivered and then died within 60 days.

Was told tree was on sale because it was getting to tall, got a deal.
Planted, old tall part has never produced. New short part grows but tall part appears dead. This is it's second season. Old tall part looks very ugly.
Am afraid to trim because I was told it took a long time to bloom.

I really like the trees and shrubs I purchased. I have only lost one out of over 60 that I ordered. My biggest complaint is how damaged so many of trees were from shipping and the amount of packaging that had to be recycled. I appreciate the varieties and selection fast growing trees has available, and I will continue to purchase from them for that reason. If it is a common plant grown locally, then I will purchase locally so the plants won't be damaged in shipping. I will also say root rocket really works! I am impressed with how the plants that I have added it to have already outperformed the ones where I didn't add it during planting.
I've ordered three sterile Empress (a. K. a. Paulownia) trees from this company over the last two years, and all have arrived in ship-shape condition. (And quickly, at that!)

Our apple has arrived with leaf drop and some kind of leaf curl. It looks terrible and is barely alive. This tree costs in the $100's and is simply NOT WORTH THE EXPENSE. The FIG tree is a JOKE and my neighbors are laughing at ME!

I know that early April some products were just coming out of dormancy and pushing out leaves but it should be thriving by now. If it is not please let us know, the same with your fig. I am sorry that your first order took a little longer in transit that your other orders. I hate to hear that those plants are not doing as well. I will have a plant specialist reach out to see if they can give you some help with those plants to see if we can't get them to start thriving for you!
Answer: Cancel your order now before it's too late, go to a local nursery and save yourself some money and unwarranted aggravation, these folks are not honorable.
Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
