I've been wanting one of my favorite trees - the Mimosa - at my new home in Missouri. This was my first time to order from Fast-Growing-Trees. It was easy to place the order, and confirmation was swift - with tree delivery promptly following. I'd ordered 2 and I had a little concern of the full health of one. FGT answered my email concerns quickly and professionally AND sent me a replacement to guarantee my satisfaction. Well handled, excellent personalized client care I really appreciated. The Tangerine tree & Grapevine that I purchased were packaged perfectly. Both were still fresh when I opened the package. I can't believe the tangerine tree is already growing out tangerines. I had purchased a grapevine from HomeDepot and eventually, it died on me. The grapevine that I purchased from Fast-Growing-Tress is still blossoming. I will definitely purchase future orders from this company and I will highly recommend your company to family members and friends. Keep up the awesome job that youare doing.
The tree arrived packaged well and was very easy to plant. The height was as described. I am looking forward to next spring to see it bloom. This year it arrived just past the blooming period. It seems to be growing quite well. I did purchase the starter kit.

I received a damaged weeping cherry (due to improper packaging: the roots were in a loose bag) that arrived wilted and clearly damaged. I took pictures and notified FGT with pictures of the plant's terrible condition. They basically told me this is not unusual and I should give the plant a chance to recover. The plant never recovered and I never received a replacement. I later discovered that I could purchase a larger, potted weeping cherry at a lower cost from another source.
There are many other good and responsive mail order nurseries that provide healthy stock and excellent service at reasonable prices. I have shifted my purchases elsewhere.
A couple of the original trees were not healthy looking upon arrival, but were immediately replaced. All of the trees are thriving and several have figs less than two months after planting.
Plants arrived in good shape and are growing. You do not get the 1 ft bare root sticks that usually do not live like you get from Burgess.
Only one out of three trees I ordered flourished. 4 calls to customer service only got me requests to give them a little more time. The two are doing poorly and I purchased the GROWTH GUARANTEE! I don't think they intend to honor it.
Growing Well. For the first month there was no sign of growth above. Then it exploded with new branches bigger than the trunk itself! Still alot more for the growing season to!
Although a bit pricey, In my opinion, the trees are packed well for shipment. The roots are packed in soil, and can be buried without being disturbed. I believe that reduces the shock and gives the trees a better chance for a good start.
I wasn't sent a tree, I was sent a twig. I will never buy from this company again nor would I ever recommend them. Beyond disappointed!
The surprise gift for my son was on his porch safe and sound when he got home from work. He planted it in his yard and is very happy to have it. It was just what he wanted!
Although my trees arrive healthy I have lost one months after delivery. I purchased the insurance and my tree was replaced with no questions asked. I'm kind of hooked on fruit trees and am looking to buy another soon.
Planted the trees with the root rocket and a couple fish for extra fertilizer and they have grown 12" since I received them a few months ago
So far so good, hot summer and not much rain and they're still doing well since I planted in May. I'm looking forward to seeing this heir growth from now to then.
I paid about $99 for the fast grow crepe myrtle and something to add to the soil to make it grow, and when it came the plant part was barely a foot tall! A week later Lowe's had Crepe Myrtle's on sale for $7 and they have grown like weeds! The one I purchased from Fast Growing Trees is still just over a foot, the others are 4 and 5 feet!
