This is second time I have bought a plant from Fast Growing trees; and once again, had a great experience. Plant arrived on schedule; was packaged nicely; looked exactly like the picture; and was very easy to plant. It looks amazing in my back yard.
I've sent an email on May 23rd through Fastgrowingtrees.com website's email contact form, but have not heard any response yet. The reason for my email is because I recently discovered the raspberry plant I purchased is twice the price of home depot. I bought Bushel and Berry Raspberry shortcake bush (2 gal) for $79.95, and for the exactly same sized plant, home depot is only selling it for $39.98. Due to the current COVID-19, the trees are experiencing very long transition time by carrier. When I received the tree, all the leave are completely yellow and the trees are still struggling to survive after a week.
Plants arrived healthy and planted immediately. Only disappointment was with the delivery delay, which I believe was simply due to the current pandemic.
I am happy about the trees but some were smaller than what I ordered.
We ordered 2-3 feet trees and some were significantly smaller than 2 feet and some were a bit bigger than 3 feet.
I ordered 30 of these trees to form a wind block in my back yard. When they arrived they looked strong and healthy. Got them planted in a couple of days and they seem to be holding up well so far. I can't wait to see how fast they really grow.
Called and emailed 5 times to cancel and adjust order. No return communication. They sent the shrubs anyway, and charged my account. Very poor service and killed this customer's relations!
Tree came in poor condition. Thought I could bring it around but, it looks terrible.

I ordered two trees that took a couple of weeks to arrive--one ginkgo and one avocado tree. I put both trees in the ground within 24 hours of receipt. The ginkgo arrived with some broken limbs, but after I removed those and planted in my yard it seems to be doing okay. The avocado arrived looking very droopy. I hoped it would perk up with some water and a new potting, but it has now lost about 1/2 of its leaves and the remainder are very droopy on the plant. I'm not sure it it is going to make it or not. :(

All worked well. Planted 2 days later. Have used before and things have always worked out well. The roses arrived a little crushed but I believe will still grow OK. Have many plants from F Growing Trees and receive compliments often for the how our landscape looks. All is well.
Took way to long to arrive and the tree appears to be dead now that is here. Still hoping it will come around, but not likely at this point

Everyone I spoke with was very pleasant and seemed genuinely interested in my satisfaction. Our 3 trees have been planted, and so far so good!
Overall experience was ok. Plant was delivered soon than expected. I was disappointed when the plant arrived without a fruit on it. The picture on the website showed a plant bearing a pineapple. There was not a pineapple on the plant. I inquired about it and was told that they were out of plants with fruit and that I would be added to a waiting list. I wish I would have known this before I purchased the first plant. Pictures on the website were misleading.
Our little trees were delivered in great condition. I was so excited to receive them and we planted them immediately. All three have transitioned nicely and without issues to our own soil. I recommend FastGrowing Trees, their prices are comparable and their products are phenomenal.
Fast growing trees was constantly in touch with me during this covid19 pandemic. The tree arrived in great shape and is planted and doing wonderful. I will shop there again.

Answer: Cancel your order now before it's too late, go to a local nursery and save yourself some money and unwarranted aggravation, these folks are not honorable.
Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
