Fast Growing trees charged me State tax on my purchase. There is no state tax in Nevada. When I inquired about the charge I was told there is a local county tax which is true. Don't call it a State tax when it's not. They got me once but not the second time. I cancelled my order.
Had broken stems on first order so contacted them to see if I should cut stems back or leave them in hopes it would mend themselves. They got back to me immediately and said replacement would be sent. I received replacement within a week and it was perfect!

We ordered 6 hydrangeas, they are (for the most part) in great shape. 2 of the 6 were smashed together in the box but we planted them and we hope they make it. The other 4 look great!

I ordered bamboo, passion fruit, and a banana plant. Passion fruit plant came lovely. Banana plant looked healthy, but I believe transplant shock is slowly chipping away at it's health... But the bamboo plant was very disappointing. It arrived yellowed and frail. Unsure if it is possible to nurse it to health.
Received the ylang ylang tree well packed and healthy without damage. We are very happy and will definitely recommend and buy again from this nursery.
I had bought two fruit plants and very good package however my blueberry appears with some spot and marks. I submitted my doubts and photos to confirm if the plant will alive and could be having issues in the future but no response until now.

Nandina "Gulfstream" arrived, although the ad did not specify this variety. Turns out "Gulfstream" rarely produces berries, unlike the depicted plant. I am wondering if the photo portrays a different variety.
Trees arrived in a timely fashion (sooner than expected even) and in great shape! Planted them within 2 days of arrival. Two weeks later they still look very healthy. Had a question, and the specialist was very helpful. Will definitely order from here again!
When the plants I ordered were sent the first time, they were in super bad shape. When I contacted them and they said they would send new plants, the 2nd round of plants came just as bad or even in worse shape. I was excited, but left disappointed.

Answer: Cancel your order now before it's too late, go to a local nursery and save yourself some money and unwarranted aggravation, these folks are not honorable.
Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
