When the plants I ordered were sent the first time, they were in super bad shape. When I contacted them and they said they would send new plants, the 2nd round of plants came just as bad or even in worse shape. I was excited, but left disappointed.
I love how fast I receive my order. Everything was perfect
Both trees were delivered quickly. One tree that was underneath the other had a few broken branches. I was afraid it may not survive and called customer service. I was reassured it should survive and if not, it would be replaced. But good news is that both are growing well, so far.
Okay. Just planted it. Took a bit of time to arrive. I hope it lives. I will know more next spring.
Description is 1-2 feet. I wonder who got a tree 2 feet? My blue spruce was only one foot
I am little disappointed the tree is tall but its thin I guess because its grown in a green house and not outside it needs the sticks to support it it's very unstable which I'm a little worried about. Other than that I repotted in a bigger pot and it hasn't died.
I order a meyer lemon tree. I've wanted one for a while now. They're prices are very affordable. It arrived pretty quick. It was well packaged and was in good condition. There was no planting or care instructions included in the package but I very easily looked it up on the Fast Growing Trees website and got it repotted. Highly recommend this company and look forward to ordering more from them soon.
A very well shaped tree, but I thought it was on its last legs when it arrived. After my wife assured and reassured me that it was not, I planted it in my very sunny Florida yard, and just a few days later, it was sprouting out all over. Hoping it grows as quickly as they say, and looking forward to seeing it bloom.
What an easy process. We picked the tree that we wanted and within days it was delivered. It is a good size tree that looks healthy. We cannot wait to watch it grow.

The two pawpaw trees were not packed with adequate support in the middle so the box arrived bent in the middle and both trees were broken in half. The redbud tree also arrived damaged with the top 1/4 broken off the top. Don't think I'll order again.

I received the wrong tree with my order. I contacted customer service and they immediately responded and sent out the corrected tree. I would absolutely order from them again!

Crape Myrtles we wanted were not in stock locally but we needed to get them planted before November, so we ordered them online. Not the best option. 1. They were more expensive than local. 2. Of the 13 ordered 3 had broken stems and 1 of the three broken had no leaves at all and still does not have leaves (I think it will not make it). 3. All the other plants seem to be doing o. K. with new leaves sprouting. I guess we will have to find a replacement for the one that is obviously dying.

The first tree arrived in horrible shape. Small to nonexistent root ball, loose packaging, spilled soil, wilted dying growth, not the length I paid for. I contacted them and they sent me another tree. This tree is in much better shape and seems to be doing fine. I appreciate the quick response.
This is my second order from FGT and I ordered a medium sized Japenese maple. I could not be happier. It arrived looking healthy and has been in the ground a month now and seems to be doing well.
I ordered a Meyer lemon bush. The plant arrived quickly and in good condition. The top branches have been trim to the 2 foot specification. Within a week there were new growth leaves sprouting in quite a few places. Very happy with the shipping and arrival condition!
