The package came with soil everywhere inside the box. Although there was plastic around each of the three plants containers, one of my plants was not secure enough and so soil spilled everywhere. After pulling them out and letting them air for a bit, I watered them as they were pretty dry (probably from shipment). I clipped the yellow leaves, and they seem to be doing fine for now in my windowsill. I haven't yet repotted them, because I wanted to give them time to acclimate.

As mentioned, too early to rate, but based on this perhaps the company is over zealous to get some kind of rating. Since I do not yet know then if the plants will fair well or not I will only give 2 stars. If follow up is desired, check back with me in the spring.
I purchase a Devil's Trumpet but received a twig instead. After contacting support about it they have told me this is normal and that I can expect a plant with leaves on it sometime next spring. I have requested a refund, but they want me to pay shipping back and to charge a 25% rip-off (restocking) fee.
We're very sorry that your plant is not what you had expected! Because of the colder temperatures the plant has gone into dormancy which is why it is not full of leaves at this time. Please know that it is covered under our dormancy guarantee so your plant is covered 100% if for some reason it does not fully leaf back out in Spring
My tree arrived in a timely manner. It was healthy and well packed for delivery. I recommend this company and I will order from FastGrowing Trees again.
Edible bamboo was yellow when arrived. I followed the arriving instructions to let it stay in the same pot and get accustomed to my environment. Three weeks later it becomes more yellow and even brown. I believe it was dead when it first arrived.

We've had great experiences with Fast-Growing-Trees, but they've come damaged several times from shipping. There are specific instructions on the packaging, but it has not been followed by FedEx and several trees have died from the damage during shipping.
I ordered my trees over the phone and not online. The phone experience was very good. The lady I spoke with made things very easy.
I ordered a Meyer lemon tree for my wife's birthday. It was meant to ship the week of January 4th. I received lots of ads but no other communications in ensuing weeks. Requests for updates placed through the "contact us" link on their website went unanswered. Eventually I got a response through the link provided by Sitejabber, and was told without apology that the tree would ship sometime in March. I've given two stars rather than one in hopes that the tree, when (if) it finally arrives, will be nice.

Answer: Cancel your order now before it's too late, go to a local nursery and save yourself some money and unwarranted aggravation, these folks are not honorable.
Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
