I ordered 2 Monstera plants and even though the shipping package looked perfect the plants were not. One plant wasn't even rooted into the container and was falling out and the other plant had more than a few torn leaves.
I have carefully planted them in pots and they are starting to look they are happy plants.
When I ordered the website said the trees would be shipped in 1-2 days. It's been over 3 weeks now and I just received an email saying they were shipped, but there still isn't a delivery date. Not happy to be getting them so much later than was stated. As far as the actual product I can't rate that just yet.

Very fast delivery, very well packaged. Some were smaller than expected. The avocado plant has lost all of it's leaves. The jury is still out of that tree. The rest are thriving.

I ordered a monstera. It looks like it was shipped in great condition, however; the shipping company used was not careful at all. It arrived with MANY broken stems and leaves and the dirt from the pot absolutely everywhere. The seller had packaged the plant with great care and had plastic wrapped the dirt and roots. The box was clearly labeled "live plant" and "this end up" and it arrived on my porch upside down with dirt spilling out of the box. All of this extra time still didn't prevent the damage that the shipper caused. I had to trim the plant all the way back. It looks like it will survive and flourish again but I would definitely suggest that the seller use a different shipping company.
They had the type of Avacado that I wanted, but it wasn't much more than a stick with a few leaves. I'll never use this service again. For the same price, I could have gotten a much bigger plant locally.
Hello, I was somewhat concerned that the order took 11 days after the order was placed to arrive. I planted them as quickly possible. The quince top was broken, but I still planted it. I have not seen any signs of growth yet, possibly because it is still somewhat cold. The other trees seem healthy. I was somewhat sad that I could not get the bonus with the order. I am also hoping to place another order for your 'Chicago' Fig tree. There are others I am looking to see if they would be okay to purchase. I have a question though. If I have two different Fig trees, One Turkey Fig and the other a Chicago Hardy, would they cross pollinate, or do I have to have two of exactly the same tree?

I ordered two trees for my wife's birthday. It took 19 days for them to get to my house. They look like they're in good condition. It's a bit soon to tell how healthy they are. I just wish they had arrived sooner.

Have ordered twice now, in quick succession, and am already building a 3rd cart. Only one of the many plants I received looked like it was struggling, and even that one looks like it's going to bounce back after planting, which speaks to the extreme health of the plants this company nurtures before shipping. Items are packed meticulously and arrive quickly. Customer service response was prompt when I had a shipping question. Plants are in the ground less than a week, in some cases, and are already producing new growth and appear happy in their new homes. Have already recommended to friends and family and am on wait lists for some out of stock items for next season!

Had a little issue with the delivery... Fedex emailed me that the trees were delivered, but nothing was delivered
Had to call few times to Fast Growing Tree Co and after few days they reshipped the missing tree
Then Fedex somehow found the first shipment and delivered with damaged boxes and trees
Two days later received 2nd shipment... reported to Fast Growing but no response back... so I have two sets of trees
I bought fruit trees from few different vendors and Fast growing co had the best tree condition and boxing (other vendors shipped bare root with heavy pruning, not sure if they will live at all)
I will purchase again from the FGT co

Not happy with how the tree arrived, I called and they said to give it a few days. Safe to say I felt that I got scammed. The plants don't look healthy, they look dry and bitter.
Had problems with the 1st order. It took 2 weeks to receive my order the plants were dead, but the replacement got to me in 2 days after I talked to one of your representative.
Answer: Cancel your order now before it's too late, go to a local nursery and save yourself some money and unwarranted aggravation, these folks are not honorable.
Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
